Could have easily sold me a more expensive tv but listened and guided me to make the right choice for me, which saves me £1100 from the tv I was going to get from what I brought - tv I brought is perfect for my home. The soundbar was out of stock so I had to wait for future deliveries from Japan. But Richer Sounds Leeds, had it delivered to me within 24 hours of receiving there shipment from Japan at the original agreed price. Thank you Richer Sounds.

The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and polite and go that extra mile to deliver a good service. When they say something as simple as “we shall call you back” they actually do it, unlike most companies I have dealt with. Plus the 6 year warranty and great prices mean I would definitely go there for my next tv, and would recommend them to all!

Amazing surprise to be born in leeds 15 days after the collegues birthday in April 1978. Loyal supporter.

At home i found the receipt for a stereo separates system my mum and dad bought for me on 10th May 1996.

If anyones in to nostalgia and the potentially infinite use of projectors then ill happily call back in with the receipts and/or without the stereo too! Maybe a projected picture easier to carry round these days 🙃

I’m sorry but I can’t remember the name of the guy who served me but he was brilliant. He’s set up two examples of speakers passive and active for me to listen to. He gave me a individual experience and really knew his stuff. It really was a great experience definitely a VIP I even got a mug which I love.

I have been buying from Richer Sounds in Leeds for about 30 years. The best customer service and knowledgeable staff in the industry by far. And, great prices too.

We were served by Harry who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and pitched his advice just right for our semi-novice level! I had particular criteria for the turntable I needed and he was able to guide us in the right direction. Also great attention to detail, double checking re features, stock availability before we made our choice and double-checking that the necessary cable was supplied with the model we chose. Thoroughly pleasant to deal with (and good music chat thrown in :) )
