Bought a tv during Black Friday. Customer support was really helpful and accepted “price match” twice afterwards.
The delivery was fast and smooth

My recent visit to the Bromley branch was a good experience. The store is outdated but the staff were very helpful. The main reason why I used RS is be they give you the same price as other stores like Currys and other out lets without the added insurance cost. I've now bought four TV for my family and touch wood no issues. So, not yet tested the warranty or, company's customer service.

Excellent customer service. The store Manager is very good and always pleasent to deal with. Been shopping here since 2007 and will continue to as well.

All of the staff at the Bromley store were incredibly helpful and took the time to allow me make my decision on a TV and Soundbar.
I had three visits to the store and each time they allowed me to experiment with the tv and test the soundbar fully and answered my many quest questions with great knowledge and professionalism.

Knowledgeable staff who understood my needs and clarified my desire for which screen size and which screen technology. It pays to do a little research yourself beforehand of course.

I attended the Bromley store with my 95 year old mother who has visual impairment and struggles with technology. Tommy took time to listen to what she wanted and gave advice about which TVs had the features best suited to her needs. Tommy then took time to research that the specific models did have the correct features and followed up with me on 3 further phone calls to discuss. I was so impressed by his patience, thoughtfulness and tenacity to ensure my mother had the best tv for her requirements. Thank you so much I cannot imagine having such brilliant service any where else. I cannot praise highly enough.

I purchased the Dali Oberon 5s a couple of weeks ago from the Bromley store. Matt was super helpful from start to finish, and even gave me a little deal which was so kind of him.

As far as the speakers go,over last couple of weeks of use they now have 200+hrs of running time and sound absolutely outstanding. They are so detailed, great soundstage and tight controlled bass, I use with grills off and speakers are 2.4m apart, 30cm away from wall. Room size is about 26 square metres.

Highly recommend shop and speakers.
