Great staff and good prices
Great staff and good prices. Large range of products but not everything available to look at. With the range that is no surprise, but when spending large wedges of money there is a lot of trust. I gave my trust and not disappointed.

Great service
I had an issue with the TV I purchased and Richard sounds made it very easy to exchange it for a different model even though I was just over the the 30 day period. The new TV is excellent so it was well worth it.

Richer sound service was great.
Richer sound service was great I think this is the third TV I have had, however the TV its self has a cheap feel to it. That's not detrument to Richer sound they and the sales guy were spot on.

Great overall customer experience
Bought a cd unit amp speakers and headphones .
There turned out to be a compatibility issue with the amp and headphones but it was very quickly resolved in a way that worked for both of us.
Would recommend to anyone

Asked for guidance in regards to purchasing new speakers. The store was easy to get a hold of, and I received very good help and service. Minty gave me very good advice and helped me find the right speakers for my needs. Would absolutely come back again.

Really helpful staff on two visits to choose a TV and wall mount. I would have chosen the wrong wall mount without their assistance. Also appreciated the advice to try living with the TV before deciding on a soundbar
