Used to be great. When I first got one couple of years ago, I primarily bought it because the gave the eutopian illusion that if any parts needed replacing due to wear and tear and with maine coons, I thought this was ideal.

What they don't include is that only a select few items are available and many that are listed as 'out of stock', their customer service inform me have been permanently discontinued.
You'd be better off with Lucky Rebels if you're going to end up getting shafted for a complete activity center

Habe schon mehrmals bei RHR bestellt und die Kratzbaum Elemente kamen immer schnell und ohne Probleme zu mir nach Deutschland. Auch halten sie einige Jahre, sind stabil und halten 2 Katzen zusammen im Kuschelsack aus.
Mit Retoure habe ich allerdings keine Erfahrung.

Purchased the RHR Royale Deluxe Cat Tree from OnBuy. Item arrived with no notification it was arriving. Opened the package and realised they had sent me the RHR Royale cat Tree. The difference is that the Royale Deluxe has a hammock. I contacted the seller immediately and put many pictures as to what had been received. I heard nothing back and so hence my review. I can't find a UK address or telephone number to contact them. OnBuy have had to step in and refund my money and have sent RHR instructions as to what their next steps are I wait to hear or not.

Ik had al eerder 'n slechte review geschreven over dit misselijkmakende bedrijf, daar kreeg ik 'n reactie op dat ze in het gelijk zijn gesteld door Bol. Navraag gedaan en deze uitspraak verban ik rechtstreeks naar het rijk der fabelen! Dit bedrijf hangt van leugens & bedrog aan elkaar. 6 mei jl is mijn retourzending van de gebruikte kattenbakken (onder de krassen die ze mij in mijn schoenen probeerden te schuiven overigens) aangekomen, niet terugbetaald en om terugbetaling van hun kant te voorkomen hebben ze alles uit de kast getrokken en maar verteld dat de kattenbakken bij retour gevuld waren met kattengrind en kattenstront. De vraag is echter hoe dit bedrijf zo laag kan zinken. Eindconclusie: zijn niet in het gelijk gesteld en aankoopbedrag terugbetaald. How low can you go?

Ich habe vor 5 Jahren einen großen Kratzbaum für unseren Maine Coon Kater und unsere Ragdoll Katze gekauft. Immer wieder ein Hingucker! Natürlich sieht man hier und da Abnutzungsspuren, aber bis auf das Spielseil und nun die Liegemulde, musste noch nie etwas getauscht werden. Selbst die Sisalstämme sind noch in Ordnung. Auch der 3 1/2 Jahre alte und sehr geliebte Chartreux sieht noch top aus! Qualitativ überzeugen uns also die Katzenmöbel.

Nun zum Kundenservice:
Auch wenn es einige negative Bewertungen gibt, kann ich diese in keinster Weise bestätigen. Eine Ersatzteilbestellung (die Spielseile müssen regelmäßig erneuert werden) ist bei DPD verschollen. Der Kundenservice hat innerhalb weniger Stunden reagiert und sofort Ersatz geschickt, welcher auch am nächsten Tag geliefert wurde.

Sicherlich sind die Möbel nicht günstig, jedoch stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hier meiner Meinung nach. Solange man keine Stubentiger hat, die jeden Kratzbaum innerhalb kürzester Zeit auseinander nehmen, ist das eine gute Investition.

Wir haben auch einen Mainecoon Tower für unser BKH geholt. Nach knapp 3-4 Monaten hat sich das Sisal gelöst. Natürlich haben die Katzen den Baum genutzt und gekratzt. Aber das Sisal ist oben (wo die Katzen nicht kratzen) abgegangen, es wurde anscheinend nicht richtig geklebt. Da es gefährlich ist falls die Katzen hängen bleiben wollten wir Ersatz. Erst wurde uns 20% gesagt weil auf Sisal keine Garantie, dann habe ich auf den Hersteller Fehler hingewiesen und es wurde 25% angeboten, welche ich dann auch in Anspruch nehmen wollte. Dann hieß es plötzlich doch nur 20% - weitere Anfragen von mir wurden ohne Erklärung ignoriert! Es wurde jedes Mal nur 20% gesagt obwohl mir die 25% schriftlich angeboten wurden. Am Ende geht es mir nicht um die 5%, sondern um die Art und Weise! Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt!

Pakket besteld met meerdere spullen. Zou bezorgd worden in 5 pakketen.
Er waren 2 pakketen kwijt. Het zou na geleverd worden. Ondertussen zit je met een krabpaal al 2 dagen te wachten.
Vervolgens is er iets niet meer op voorraad. Pas over 4 weken.
Vervolgens komt je pakket thuis. Zijn ze vergeten een besteld item toe toevoegen. Kan je weer bellen en mailen.
Op de mail reageren ze ook binnen48 uur. Lekker als je al dagen zit te wachten. Vervolgens krijg je ook geen bevestiging van je item wat ontbreekt wat na geleverd wordt. Moet je ook 3 keer over bellen elke keer beloven ze we gaan het mailen.
Nog steeds niks. En maar afwachten voor je geld. En dat terwijl je voor veel geld wat besteld.
Ik wacht nog steeds om m'n bevestiging en bestelling. Wat een gezeik.

Colis arrivé en plusieurs cartons me manquant des pièces j'ai envoyé immédiatement mail avec photo et tout je les remercie ont été très réactifs et m'ont envoyé tout ce qu'il manquait je ne regrette absolument pas l'arbre à chat est magnifique et robuste merci encore de votre rapidité du service après-vente

This has to be easiest from start to finish. Ordered Maine coon cat tree less than a week ago. Received parcel today, built in less than 30 minutes.
I don't own a maine coon, I own a large 6kg domestic long haired cat.....but it's perfect for our baby boy.
Instructions easy to read and everything is of high standard. I didn't struggle building any of it and I'm a female in my 60s

I ordered a very large cat tree and it is brilliant.
It is of a extremely high quality easy to assemble and my Ragdoll absolutely loves it and uses every part of it to the fullest, and to see enjoying it so very much makes me feel, it’s worth every penny I spent on it.
The customer service is second to none and sorts any issue within a couple of days.

I was fed up with buying cat trees that only last a year or two. Although on the more expensive side, I can see that this wonderful item will last for years. And yes, it really is huge, making my 8kg cat look like a kitten. My cat cannot believe that he can now inspect the ceiling (for spiders). Amazing product, super fast delivery, happy cat, what more can I say.

Jag köpte ett katträd från detta företag, främst för att träden såg mycket bättre ut än andra jag sett online där de ofta såg små ut.

Katträdet är välgjort, stadigt och det finns rejäla sovplatser. Uppskattas mycket av våra två ragdolls här hemma.

Leveransen gick helt okej, lite tråkigt att halva beställningen kom på fredagen och resten på måndagen, men inget stort problem för min del.

Rhr quality? Inte min vara. Kundservice svarar inte. Och de skickar dåliga varor! CDON samarbetar med de, tänk på det. Blir suspekt på CDON och slutar handla där de få gångerna jag gjort.
Blir besviken på mig själv som inte kollade upp allt detta!
Dålig pelare på ställningen, har bett de sända ny MEN DE SVARAR INTE! HAN SVARADE EN GÅNG "Jag har varit på semester" MEN SEN UTEBLEV SVAREN!
Så dålig kritik här och företaget inser inte att detta MINSKAR ANTALET KUNDER... i framtiden.

terrible customer support. I asked how I can return an item, they said:just put a paper with your order number into the package and all good. They did not tell me what return address I need to pout on the package, nothing. In the end I have to pay for the return of the item that arrived BROKEN and not as described to my house, and now I don't know if I ever see my money again. Terrible service.

I bought a RHR Pet cat tree via CDON. Item was not the same as in the picture. It took several weeks to get reply from RHR. Finally they promised -20% discount of the wrong item if I keep it, but they never gave the discount. When I asked when the discount will be done, they said it will be come within 7 days. This was 9th December 2022, now it’s 13th January 2023 and the refund has not been made. I have written several times after that, but no reply. Absolutely terrible experience with this company.

Absolutely beautiful product, my Maine Coon cat loves it. Very well made, shipping to the UK took 3 days! Highly recommended!

Purchased a RHR Quality cat tree off Amazon, they are more expensive than the usual cat tree but can accommodate bigger cats, and several cats.

The cat tree is of good quality and four of my cats sit on it but more could use it. I would recommend the cat trees from RHR as they better quality than others, and more sturdy so I am hoping this cat tree lasts a long time.
