The platform constantly displayed the real price, but the moment I clicked to execute the order, the price suddenly changed by more than 5% and was executed at a completely different rate. Customer support tried to convince me that this is due to crypto volatility, but that’s just an excuse. From the start, the platform would freeze even with small trading volumes — I assumed it was because it was new and would improve over time, but it’s only gotten worse. It now freezes almost constantly, shows prices far from the actual market rates, and conveniently adjusts them depending on whether you’re buying or selling. It often refuses to execute buy orders during market dips and sell orders during rallies. This is nothing short of fraud and theft.
