My experience with the Retainful app…

My experience with the Retainful app has been positive so far. It integrates well with Shopify and offers useful automation features for email and customer retention. The setup process was fairly smooth, and the app provides good tools to support abandoned cart recovery and follow-up emails.

After some inactivity on my store, I noticed my automation wasn’t triggering as expected, but with proper review and support, the issue is being identified and worked on.
