After months of working with swiftmission.link we have been able to get my money back, awful experience and delivery.

Disgusted with my tshirt rocks i order a shirt months ago still have not received the shirt and they haven't gotten back to me after me sending various emails!

I ordered a shirt May 5th, choosing expedited shipping. The order shipping estimate in the email confirmation said it should ship by May 10. May 10 came and went, and I decided to cancel. My card had not been charged anyway, so I used their cancellation form to request it be cancelled. Days pass, and no reply. I requested a cancellation again-- no response. W.T.F?? Is this a scam? I called my credit card company and they blocked any charges that might come in from them since they apparently either don't really exist, or are scammers. BEWARE.

This place is AWFUL! Never received tee. Never received a response to any of my inquiries. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Its quite simple. I ordered a T shirt paid 26 bucks for it and they never sent it! i called them and emailed them numerous times and even submitted a complaint to the BBB with NO results! they have effectively stolen my money and got away with it. Wish i had read some reviews before i placed an order. dont give these thieves a dime!

Yeah, no comms, no update, no reply. Was expecting a delayed shipping so didn't revoke the paypal payment until after the 40 days. I'm not sure how they can be allowed to operate...since this seems to be their business model. Avoid guys, avoid. Wish I'd checked this page...

I ordered something about a month ago, and just thought it'd take time because I live in the UK..however I sent them messages and they didn't respond, and after seeing all the bad reviews on here I got rather concerned!
So I asked to refund my money via Paypal and luckily they sent a refund on the same day (which is today).

Don't use the website/company, it seems to be run by ghosts...in my case there was never any t-shirt and I was seemingly waiting around for something that would never arrive! Ridiculous. They'll only mess you about so don't give them your money and be careful!

I ordered and paid for a shirt and it was never shipped. None of my emails or phone messages to the "company" were returned. It's a scam. BEWARE!

Terrible scam ordered over 100 bucks worth of stuff and got nothing, no email response, no phone response, nothing. Just filed a complaint with the ic3,we will see what happens.

I ordered a t shirt on 3/15 and received an email confirmation saying my order would ship 3/23/2014. I sent multiple email requests and left 2 voicemails at Rerock office. No response from the seller. It's now 3/29 and my order status is still listed as new/processing. I do not think this is a legitimate business. Do not order from Rerock forever. You will not get your order and no returned emails or phone calls.

After I threatened to write a bad review I finally got an email response the product is out of stock, my credit card will not be charged, and my order is cancelled.

Ordered $25 t shirt on 2/5/14. Got e-mail saying shirt would arrive 2/10. Today is 2/19 - have e-mailed company twice asking about shirt. No response. I paid through paypal so have issued a complaint through them.
Too bad a company such as this with this many negative complaints can still be in existence. I have to admit this is the first time I have ever had a bad e-retail experience. I should have read reviews before I ordered but thought I would give an independent company a little business. Back to Amazon and my other trusted sources from now on.

i ordered a shirt 25 bucks said it would be del around dec 5 final got a tracking number that showed it hadnt even been picked up by ups on dec 27 still nothing no responce nothing

I ordered my Dimmu Borgir shirt on November 17th, and the estimated delivery date was suppost to be November 26th. Here it is, December 3rd, and no package! Plus when I checked my order status it's still in the "processing" mode. I even sent them an email about my order status and no reply. Now I'm trying to cancel my order so let's see if they get on the ball with this at least and give me back my money. Waste of time. They deserve no stars.

Ordered 9/28. Received order confirmation. Said it would be delivered 10/07. Nothing ever received. Sent Customer Service at least two emails. Nothing. Their website said I did not exist. Could no longer sign in. Then website went down. Filed claim with PayPal. Still they never responded to any of my emails. Finally ended up canceling order and getting my money back thanks to PayPal. Thanks for wasting my valuable time. Never ever will I do business with this entity.

I looked at reviews on here and against my better judgement i ordered a simple black color front print on a white shirt from them. I even brought up the fact that I read the bad reviews on them and I told them I expected good service. I did not get that. I ordered my shirt on February 10, and i was shown an estimated delivery date of February 15. It is currently February 15, and not only have I not received my package, the order I placed hasn't even been processed. Horrible experience. When someone says it will be here on a certain date, it should be here on that date, let alone processed by it. February is a slow month and there is no reason for a shirt to take over a week to ship, let alone process.

UPDATE: my order was finally processed, and my shirt shipped on the 19th, I have not yet received it and it is the 21st. I still don't like waiting almost 2 weeks for a simple shirt.

I ordered a t-shirt from this company and noticed that the order was never processed and the money was never withdrawn from my account. I ended up ordering the shirt from another company. Three weeks went by and i got an email from rerock4ever that my order has been shipped. Now i'm trying to get ahold of them but it seems impossible theres no answer on the phone and emails are not returned

My father order me an Anom Amarth zip up hoodie and a Cannibal Corpse logo t shirt for my birthday on November 13. Yet there has been no deduction of money from my dad's card to prove that he paid for it. I sent 3 emails, called the number with some foreign guy answering, and no reply. Supposeably, my father received an email saying I will receive my order on the 18th, which is today. But nothing is here!

ordered an Unearth shirt October 17th. today is November 5th. No invoice, no response to my emails or phone calls. I thought this site was fraud but I guess a few other people had decent experiences. Regardless, I'm never shopping here again.

This website truly is my favourite place to shop at the moment.
I love anything ROCK! And this place fulfills my habit for tees and hoods, always get my items in a timely manner and the items are top quality, you rock my world!
