We can see that we invited you to leave us a TrustPilot review regarding your order that you placed directly on our website on the 1st August and on checking the tracking details, can see it was delivered on the 5th August along with photographic evidence of the delivery
We can also see you are registered with us for another item in the same range, which we are still looking for for you, and is a very difficult item to source in good condition, however if this is the item you are referring to regarding eBay, then the item would have been listed with another seller as we have not had any items listed on eBay for a while now.

Thank you for your feedback. These items were bought direct from Denby, and sent out as sold to us (i.e with all factory stickers still applied) Should there have been any issue/query on picking the items (being labelled as seconds for example), we would have contacted you before dispatch.
On checking, we have not had any contact from you on receipt of delivery by phone or email to advise us of your dissatisfaction. We would have been more than happy to have had these items back from you if they were not to your expectations
We always state the condition of the items we sell, and should there be any query at any time during or after the purchase, we are always more than happy to help

Unfair
I sent my late mother's dinner set to this company. It had been used only on Sundays, and never been near a dishwasher. I sent photos beforehand and they offered £60. I did notice a chip on one bowl as I was packing it, but that's all. They told me many pieces were crazed and reduced their offer to £12. It's like sending gold through the post and expecting a fair return.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry you feel aggrieved by our buying process, however in our initial response to you regarding the purchase of your dinner set, we did categorically state we would not be interested in any pieces which were chipped, cracked or crazed, although some minor wear marks would be acceptable. The pictures you sent did not show the items which were crazed, and you told us that the set was 'only used for best'
Not only do we state on our website on our 'Sell To Us' page that we do not accept items which are chipped, cracked or crazed, but also on the packing instructions we sent you, and in our email acknowledging your acceptance of our offer, we also advised what the process would be should any of the items not be in the condition that we were led to believe they were in
On receipt of the set (which we arranged and paid for the courier collection of to get it to us) Of the 43 items you sent, 34 of them were heavily crazed, and two items chipped, certainly not the condition we were expecting, or that you had led us to believe. As with ALL sets that are sent to us, we take pictures as we unpack the items, and these were sent to you showing the chipped pieces and how badly crazed the majority was. This would have been unmissable when being packed up, and at no point did you advise us that the condition was not as you first stated
We therefore offered several solutions that we felt were fair, and in line with our guidelines of what would be if there were any discrepancies with condition, however, rather than responding to come to an agreement, you felt it necessary to provide a 1 star review first, and a follow up email to us speculating that we would keep the rather poor condition items to 'sell on our website', and would not make any donation to charity for the acceptable pieces.
It is not worth our time or reputation to sell sub-standard condition pieces to our customers, and certainly as we have not only paid for a courier to collect the items from you, to prove we have absolutely no need or interest in the poor quality items we received from you, we have also packed everything back up and paid for a courier to return them to you. We have also not made any charge to you for our time, packaging materials or recuperation of courier fees
So whilst we are sad to see a 1 star review, it also gives us the chance to provide the backstory to your comments, it's just a shame that TrustPilot do not allow uploads so we could post the pictures of the items sent to us
