Technician showed up and diagnosed the problem. They didn't have the part on hand, so it had to be ordered. Received continuous updates on the status of the part, and once part received, excellent communication setting up the follow appointment for fitting. Great value and service

Everything was good my cooker was fixed and the workers were friendly and clean. I have used Repaircare twice now and pleased with the work done. I needed a new switch to make the fan oven work.
I would have given a 5 but had to wait a week for the switch after waiting 2 days for someone to come out

Your engineer arrived on time . He identified that the problem with one of the Rangemaster's ovens was more involved than first thought and that new parts were needed. He was able to supply these and fit them in the hour he was with us. We were delighted with the top draw job done.

I was a bit dubious about using the company, but the reviews and the fact it’s part of the Screwfix group, so dec8ded to give them a go. My integrated dishwasher waste house failed so contacted Repair care gave them details, and although they contracted the wor’ out, the service was excellent. The engineer fixed it appliance with a new hose all within half hour. Very pleased, will definitely use again

RepairCare offered repair at a fixed price which was very reasonable.

The job was contracted to a local repair company who were very good in communicating progress in initial assessment of the job and material requirements.

When spires had been authorised by RepairCare and procured and supplied then the repair engineer was thorough, professional and clean and job finished and tested.

Very happy with service and will use again as required.

Hopeless service. The first engineer didn’t even examine the freezer, just ordered a compressor which took weeks to come. The second engineer said it wasn’t the compressor and that the appliance couldn’t be fixed. He then reported the repair as fixed which it was not. We are now trying to obtain a small refund as promised on their website.
We will have to buy a new freezer but we have wasted time and money using this service and would not recommend anyone to use them

Although I was a little unsure when I was first referred to Repaircare by Rangemaster (for my cooker), the service was actually very good and the repair was carried out reasonably quickly by a qualified technician. Early days yet but everything seems OK.

Really efficient. They fixed the issue on first attempt. Not bad for a 10 year old American style freezer.

Solved the problem of the dishwasher by replacing the salt tank. Engineer had to visit twice. First visit didn’t find the issue so engineer had to go away and discuss with manufacturer. Fixed on second visit.
