Rentec direct is very easy to use with lot of knowledge base at hand.
They assigned a person(colton green) to me to help me with any issues .
Colton is very helpful and available to answer my questions.

As a new landlord, getting started felt a little overwhelming, but Rentec Direct made the process easy from day one. Their team was professional and very supportive, especially Jesse, who kept calling and checking in to make sure everything was going well and that I was comfortable using the software. He took the time to walk me through everything step by step, which I really appreciated. The platform is easy to use, and the monthly rate is very reasonable for everything you get.
