Un service plus que discutable
Un service plus que discutable. Quand vous prenez le véhicule, personne vous accompagne, aucun contrôle n'est fait en votre présence, je vous conseille de faire le tour complet du véhicule et prendre des photos au cas ou.
Pour le retour, le client doit se débrouiller seul, vous garez la voiture sur le parking et vous mettez les clés et les papiers dans la boîte à lettre.
Maintenant j'attends le résultat pour voir s'ils n'essaie pas de facturer les défauts existants.
Denier point, ne passez pas par booking.com pour réserver la voiture, les tarifs sont trop chers. Allez directement dans la zone Rent de l'aéroport de Sofia terminal 2, vous trouverez des Cios à 9€ par jour.

As we can understand, you were not happy by the fact that you had to pick up and drop off your vehicle by yourself from the parking lot. However this is standard procedure all over the world, not an exception.
Hope you have enjoyed the rest of the service we have provided to you.
As you have seen we do not charge for already existing damages and we have cancelled your deposit authorization on the day you have returned your car. Invitation for this review was part of this e-mail.

Very good and efficient service! Hassle free return and pick up. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the office was on T1 and had to take shuttle bus from T2.

Fantastic company…!
I couldn't be happier using Autojet Rent a Car! The car that I was given was exactly what I wanted - economical and very reliable. I picked the car from the airport and returned it to the Autojet car park at the airport which was super convenient for me. Thank you Autojet for making my stay in Bulgaria so pleasant! I will deffo be back and use Autojet Rent a Car again!

Брали машинку на неделю (март 2021),
Проблема с прилетом в терминал 2 осталась. Ночью шаттлы не ходят. Пришлось брать такси, чтобы доехать в офис. Но нас дождались. Вернул ключи через ящик. Очень удобно.
Все было отлично. Могу рекомендовать.
