Don't order through this man!!
Don't order through this man!!! I ordered & paid for my L.E.D back therapy product & received an email saying its on its way, 2 weeks later nothing so I send an email & get a call the next day from a private number saying it was sent to my house & nobody was home, thats not possible as I didnt give you my home address it was to a parcel Locker & it doesn't need to be signed for, oh ok I will look into it for you, 2 weeks later nothing from him so I call & apparently 3rd part deliverers dont deliver to P.O I then get given an address 40 min from my suburb with no business name or signage within a busy industrial complex which was a headache as the people I saw spoke little to no English, I finally tracked my parcel down & got back to work over 2 hours later. The seller told me he had sent me 4 emails but for some reason I didn't receive 1 & I'd say it's because he didn't send me any at all.
The product is fine but the customer service or lack of was appalling, do yourselves a favour & buy elsewhere.
