We were always kept updated, the communication level was amazing, whatsapp tool, phone calls even in the evening.
The rental is for a short period until such time the market settles for us to buy again, happy with the area and house we have entered into

Good company with nice apartments and selection of them in east London
I spoke to satnam Gill who is very helpful
Reiss-Samuels offered me a property which i originally declined mainly due to the issue with the non parking with development in Newton place, deal breaker for me
I sourced private parking within the complex with their contacts. Eventually moved in, some issues i noticed were dealt with quickly by the agent.
I am recommending Sat highly

What made my experience great?
Satnam at the letting agent along with the referencing department mollie are very professional.
I called the company from the site rightmove they answered and quickly arranged for me to view the property the same day.
The paperwork/referencing took three days.
Checked in quickly into the new place

I arrived from Pakistan earlier in the week and moved into my new apartment in Isle of Dogs instantly, representative from the company Satnam was there to meet me and my wife at the concierge reception
5 star service from Satnam and the company.

I've left it a year before posting but I was always going to make sure people knew to avoid this company.
I was threatened with violence and harassed by phone all when just trying to help my daughter with her student accomodation. Verbal abuse from the company owner.
Satnam is a vile human being. I reported the incident to the Police such was my concern. He deserves to fail in life. Please avoid using this terrible company. I implore you.
Update 1: the reply, like all others to genuine complaints demonstrates their utter denial for their own bad behaviour. In what should have been, for most normal companies, an easily managed customer conversation disintegrated into swearing and the most vile threats. Avoid, let's see this company out of business, where it belongs.
Satnam should not be in a customer facing role, let alone running a business.
Update 2:
Satnam continues to refute this review which is 100% genuine and honest. His continual responding to this review should be enough to ward you far, far away. This constant need to voice his opinion is aligned to the calls he made to me specifically to be abusive, 4 calls to be verbally abusive and threatening physical violence to me and my family in response to my plea for a very small request of flexibility for my daughter's move in day. Nothing to do with previous landlords, to do, as I explained to him in the call, with the courier delivering her belongings a couple of hours early and rather than have her sit on the pavement to allow her to store the boxes somewhere she and her possessions would be safe.
As I previously posted. Satnam needs to be avoided at all cost, he has no customer service skills.
If I didn't take this seriously I would not have reported him to the Police. Imagine, having to take that action over a simple request.
Please read all reviews and notice the pattern of unaccountability on the part of the company.
Update 3:
As is Satnam Gill's modus operandi, he's emailed me personally today, to tell me not to contact him directly - no right of reply - I find this typically pathetic from him. Odd as I'm literally leaving public reviews for awareness so others can avoid (in my personal opinion) this horrible man. People, make your own minds up.
Deal with him and his despicable company at your own peril. Make your own mind up of course. This review is to warn you of the potential consequences that I personally felt.

I had the pleasure of renting a flat through Reis Samuels for three years, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Satnam Gill was exceptionally professional and honest, something that’s unfortunately rare in the property market.
Unlike many agents who are focused solely on making a sale at any cost, Satnam was transparent and genuine. Throughout my tenancy, the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Good agents somewhat ruined by the landlord who owns, unfortunately, most of the properties they rent out.
Specifically, a Rakesh Patel of First Docklands Property Management ltd.
Firstly, the tenancy agreement I signed contained a quite obviously unlawful, unenforceable term:
“…should they move out of the above property before the end of the fixed term tenancy agreement the said tenant will pay the landlord the pro rata letting fees which the landlord has paid to the letting agent in addition to the remainder of the rent due till the expiry of the fixed term tenancy and the said tenant will forgoing their rental deposit.”
The statement that your rental deposit would be forfeit is obviously unlawful as the landlord would have suffered no harm in this case, as like the clause states you would be liable for the remainder of the rent. If the entire rent is paid, then your actions will have not cost them any money.
Direct from Shelter:
“Your landlord should not keep your deposit:
* unless your actions cost them money ”
Obviously, this is explicitly not the case in this situation.
In general, as alluded to above, this tenancy is a fixed contract with no break clause - and the landlords representative states that under no circumstance will you be able to replace yourself on the lease with someone else.
Technically legal, but if your parents fall horribly ill, for example - then please hope you have rented another property from another landlord, as you will still be liable for the rent - no matter what.
This means you will have no opportunity to find a replacement tenant (who will cover all future rental payments, leaving the landlord no financially worse off), even if you’re willing to pay all reasonable fees. This shouldn’t be confused with a request to be released from the contract with no thought about the remaining months in the lease, which obviously any normal landlord would refuse due to the lost income.
Basically, even if you are willing to do whatever it takes to make Mr Patel financially whole, and he suffers no financial loss from your request to move out - you will not, under any circumstances, be able to.
Therefore under no circumstances, can I reasonably recommend moving into one of his properties if there’s even a sliver of chance your life situation might change, and you might need to move out before the end of the fixed contract.
Finally, if you think that an owner/neighbour has at least somewhat of a moral duty to inform you before they completely rip apart and refit an entire house (even adding a section to the top floor) next door obviously creating a very large amount of noise, then tough luck. No notice was provided to me that next door (the directly attached house, sharing a wall) was going to be stripped apart and noisily rebuilt, a multiple months long process.
If you move into one of his house, please be aware of the chance of this happening to you the next day. If you work from home, suffice it to say this would be very life disrupting.
Great company helped us find a last minute rent for our daughter and Friends after their landlord gave them a months notice. Satnam was very helpful and professional we meet him at his business address in London E14 would definitely recommend this company and Satnam

I scored Reiss-Samuels excellent for the following reasons:
- prospective tenant -second to none, considerate of our needs, thorough explanations of all conditions etc, showed us properties very well tailored to the information we provided, arrived a few minutes late to the appointment when there office is a around the corner from the apartment
- agreeing tenancy - as soon as we'd chosen where we wanted to rent and told Reiss-Samuels they were very understanding of our needs for signing etc, easy to meet at their office and sort all details, detailed support throughout again. Contract signing on Sunday really helped us out, strict clauses in the contract irrelevant to where we live
- Check in - couldn't have been easier! Made easy by clerk - picking up keys etc all went very smoothly
Contracting in Canary Wharf and if my contract is renewed I without a doubt, continue letting with Reiss-Samuels
i put in two offers with other companies they obviously were not accepted i was very surprised to see how to rent guide or a draft contract was never supplied like come on all this is law
