Waited two years for them to even get the refund then they couldn’t put it into my bank account for some reason so they told me after a month we could use PayPal then took nearly €100 from Me because apparently the bank had charged them absolute con artist

Took more than a year to get my refund…

Took more than a year to get my refund of 600€ in return I’ve only got 170£ from refundmore!

For me was an amazing experience

For me was an amazing experience, I wanted to get a compensation from the airline because I was 9 hours in an airport because of a delay and the airline didn't want to take reposability. So I decide to try my luck with Refundmore and was the best decision, I just gave them all the information they needed it and just wait for them to do their magic. The best thing is you don't need to do anything more, they notify you every move they make and when thay have the decision you just get the final answer, in my case was very positive. I will definitely use it again.

They got a refund for me

They got a refund for me whilst other sites said they couldn't because it was Easyjet

They did it quickly, they didn't take too much they kept me informed all the way

Waste of time... Avoid

I submitted a claim 14months ago for a straight forwards compensation claim. Had very limited communication from the company throughout the 14months, only for them to email last week saying they aren't able to continue with my claim. They originally emailed saying the airline refused to acknowledge liability and are therefore looking to take it to court. My claim was extremely straight forward. I had a flight from Seville to London Heathrow with a connection in Madrid. The first leg of my journey (Seville to Madrid) was delayed by 4 hours meaning I missed my connection to London, which also happened to be the last flight to London that day. I was put in a hotel and flew back to London the following day, which meant i arrived at my destination a day late. Not sure what's so difficult to prove that compensation should be paid? My guess is that this company only pursue claims that don't require court proceeding as it eats into their commission. I would avoid this company at all costs. Waste of my time...

Always Recommend!!
During corona time 2021 Pegasus canceled my flight from Sabiha Airport due to the weather conditions as stated in their text ( cheap way to avoid compensation)
I contacted the company asking for compensation and showing proof that the claimed weather condition is false ( since Pegasus had other flights around the same time and the same airport and flew as planned)
The company denied me request and that’s when I hired refundmore.. Today after 5 years I received my share of the compensation.. a little over 350 euros after they fought for me in Court.. I didn’t have anything in advance.. they received their fair share..

Excellent service

Excellent service. Quick and efficient. My sizeable refund (from British Airways who are notably difficult and slow) was in the bank within a few short weeks of making the claim. I liked the way refundmore kept in touch regarding the status of the claim. Top company and highly recommended.

Very disappoint in the company and…

Very disappoint in the company and growing very concerned they’re just stealing all the money from the claim. My airline confirmed 2 weeks ago that they have paid out the claim to this company in full. I’ve chased them to understand where the money is and am getting ignored. Avoid based on this experience. Hopefully they’re just being slow but they were quick to communicate when they wanted to ‘help’, getting a share of the potential compensation. However it seems like they now plan to keep the lot and not communicate.

They are bunch of crooks.

They are bunch of crooks.

After 15 months they are asking me to show / provide evidence of flight delay.
Had I known if these incompetent and useless advisors will ask me after 15 months I would have then took screenshot/ visual evidence of delay.
The reason to hire these thugs was that would have all the data with them , now after 15 months airline have slowly cleaned all their arrival departure database.
The only reason to get the case looked by you thugs was that the flight was delayed by 4.15 hrs and now they say it is less than 3 hrs.

These thugs have already taken a cut from the airline what they would have got through us.
Anyways a sad experience but warning for all that these are liars and incompetent thugs. Beware

Experience with Refundmore

Filed a claim with Refundmore in Dec 2024 for a cancelled Lufthansa flight and got confirmation in June 2025 that my compensation was being processed – although it took a while to receive an update, really appreciate the support in resolving this!
