If I could give ZERO stars I would! This clown act promises you the moon, takes your money, has you fill out a questionnaire and that's the last you will hear from them until 6 months later they provide you with incorrect and poorly written DBQs that get flagged by the VA. If you have questions about what's in them or a desire to correct anything don't expect them to respond to you other than "you're on step # and nothing more is required". They assign you a "Navigator" to "guide" you through their "process". In reality they assign you an IGNORER that DOES NOTHING and doesn't respond to any correspondence via any means you send them. PLEASE do yourself a favor, don't give them your hard earned money as you wont be getting anything for it. Read the reviews on here on Trusted Pilot and Yelp, they are no where close to the fakes posted on Google.
I gave REE Medical 3200 dollars for a mental health DBQ and an arthritis DBQ and what it got me was nothing. I still had to go to all my VA C&P exams and their psychologist was so incompetent that they almost got me an unemplouable status with the VA because they made me look like I couldn't live independently and couldnt even take care of myself.
Garbage like "The Veteran is employed but has challenges completing complex tasks". The VA almost made me unemployable, which, sure, would have got me 100% but I would have gone bankrupt and lost my house.
Then when I complain, they take 0 accountability and just take my money like they provided competent service.
They blatantly take advantage of veterans who are trying to get their disability percentages increased, because working with the VA is so taxing and time consuming, just wanting someone who knows how the system works would be able to do it better. They dont, they just want their money with no accountability to ever return it. This company, I am sure works for some, but any complex medical case, like mine, and I am sure, many others, just get abused and thrown away like the VA does.
Then they take this feedback and they modify their terms and conditions to ensure there is not a single liability that will find them liable.

I paid $3,500 to REE Medical for VA disability claim support. Despite completing their process and submitting their DBQ, my claim was denied — and a Higher-Level Review, handled by an attorney they referred me to (for more money), was also denied.
When I requested a refund, I was ignored for days. Only after escalating did they call to say “no” and send an email confirming they would not help. I asked for a copy of my signed contract, an itemized list of services, and all related documents — none were provided to date.
I’ve since filed formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the Florida Attorney General. This company presents itself as veteran-focused but delivers zero support after denial and deflects all responsibility.
Veterans deserve better than high fees, minimal service, and no accountability. Think twice before trusting REE with your money or your claim.
I’m really disappointed with my experience. The communication was excellent before I paid — they were quick to respond, eager to answer questions, and everything felt professional and promising. That gave me the confidence to sign the contract and pay the full amount of $2,695 upfront.
Unfortunately, after I made the payment, the communication took a sharp turn. I scheduled my appointment promptly, submitted all required documents, and then... silence. Multiple messages via email, text, and phone went completely unanswered as I tried to get clarity on next steps. I had to chase them down just to get a response — and only after I requested a refund out of frustration did someone finally acknowledge me.
Now, they're claiming they can deduct a significant portion of my refund, even though the contract makes no mention of a cancellation fee or penalty of any kind. Collecting documents and having a brief call does not equal full service, and certainly doesn’t justify keeping my money.
This has been an upsetting and unprofessional experience as well as added stress. If you’re considering working with them, be cautious. Everything looks polished up front — but once you’ve paid, good luck getting the same level of care or accountability.
STOP! they will lead you to believe that can get a veteran 100% disability. NOT TRUE! first they will want you to do all the work by finding all your doctor reports, history results, even calling the VA for their records, and the list goes on and on and on and on. After about a month, the representative reassigns you to the next navigator who puts you through the same information circus. So after another month getting all that information to them they say, yes, we can get you 100% disability with all this information. But before they assign you their doctors to evaluate you and set up appointments with their experts, they want you to pay them over $3000. While they have you believing that your disability checks will start within the next 3 months. After a month waiting on their doctors appointments to be set up, I got a call notifying me that they could not process my case? Oh, and that they will refund my money in 2 to 3 weeks. Ok, after a month I called them, and they said that they sent the money last week. I called the bank to see if they were holding it, but they haven't seen anything. I called them right back and this time they told me that someone would be calling me in 2 days. But since it was Friday it would not be until Monday or Tuesday. After reminding her that Monday was president's day, she laughed and said oh, that's right, so maybe Tuesday or Wednesday. I am praying to God these people are not scamming us veterans.
