Recently bought a car from Reedley car company, Vauxhall Mokka ( not to be confused with Reedley car sales)
Great service at the point of sale, Ashley was spot on with everything, very helpful and even sorted out our DVLA paperwork for us.
After a couple of weeks the Mokka stared overheating, we took it back and they put a new water pump on. David said that a new head gasket was needed and to bring it back after Christmas which we did.
They honoured their six month warranty and got the car sorted with no quibble.
Both David and Jonny were very friendly and knowledgeable.
We would not hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely use them again. Thanks for everything guys.

From the moment I drove through the gates the lad whom I did not know ushered me Into as comfortable space in the yard, he introduced himself as Jonny a very presentable lad, I had seen a car which aI had liked on their site and wanted to have a test drive. No problem keyes in my hand I set off, loved it, I sat down with Dave , sorted out a price which I was happy with, the car was fully serviced, MOT,d along with 6 months insurance for all problems, very reassuring,

The XC90 RN05YLD has a leaking and broken back drivers side door window seal, the water is running through the inside of the door out of the bottom of the door, one locking wheel nut is missing or sheered, head lining is sagging and no mention of any of this when I SPECIFICALLY asked about damage or anything broken or not working.

Completely wasted my time and money travelling to see this as I wouldn't buy a car that isn't water tight for half that money.

Shame as the other reviews give me false confidence.

The communication failure was you when I asked if anything was damaged, broken or not working and you didn't mention the faults. Also, it wouldn't matter to me if you fixed the leak and dropped 25% off the price for the misleading communication as, if it's been leaking a long time the electrics in the door might have been wet for who knows how long, and if it's been getting in the car other electrics might have been put in jeopardy too. The saggy head lining suggests it MAY have been damp for a while.
I don't want to leave a bad review as it's an old car and I expected minor damage, but I've only been 100 honest to save others having to deal with this disappointment and wasted time and money.

If you add faults to your ads you'd be better off or just be 100% honest whenever someone SPECIFICALLY asks.

Without a shadow of a doubt the very best used car I've ever bought, from the very best dealer I've ever been to with the very best service, bar none.

Absolutely 5 Star from start to finish.

A family run, independent business that puts many main dealers to shame.
