My experience was great, my recruiter Anamarija Bratovic is an amazing person and an exceptional recruiter. She helped all the process, answering questions and helping me get through it.

I applied for a job through Indeed and I got a short reply asking me if I had a EU passport or Visa. Which I replied then made me me wonder if this person looked at my CV or not !!! I have been studying then working between Ireland UK for over 15 years.
When I replied that I have an EU passport, she called me to re-confirm my status but what strikes me the most is when she asked me how long I have been in Ireland? I knew then she was irrelevant in her questions. She didn't asked me much about my experience just my salary expectation. At the end, she mentioned that the job is far from where I live but I told her it's 40 minutes driving from my location.
From my conversation with her I felt she was a gate keeper rather than a recruiter. Obviously my name is not an Irish, Spanish, Portuguese or French name. She never put my CV forward or even followed up on my application. When I emailed her few weeks after she said the job has not been filled as the recruiting company has postponed it until further notice.
In my entire life I never had a bad experience with a recruiter like this one. Even the tense she used in her conversation with me was not professional.
The reason why I'm posting this because people generally don't post reviews when they don't get a job. They always post 5 stars when they are happy with the result. This recruiter is for me not fair and incompetent the way she selects candidates.

My recruiter -Lorna Andreucetti was very helpful, as I navigated the process of getting a job post graduating college , she kept me informed with regular emails and phone calls throughout the interview and recruitment process , and overall assisted me in landing a job I’m very happy to have gotten so soon after graduating.

Had a lovely experience with recruiters, from the initial contact to the contract signing. Thanks a lot for everything you've done

Lorna was really attentive and helpful throughout the process of me doing interviews. She is really fast at replying and was really accommodating and worked around my schedule. Really recommend working with Lorna she is lovely and super professional!

Lorna reached out to me and kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. She was consistent and was always there to take a call and answer any questions. She was very helpful and I'm starting a new job on Monday. Thank you again Lorna.

I had the distinct pleasure of dealing with Tracey Owens who reached out to me in relation to a role that may be of interest.

Not only was Tracey right on the money by aligning a potentially suitable role to my CV, but Tracey was able to answer my long list of questions into the role as well as quickly and efficiently orchestrate my first contact and interviews with my new employer.

Tracey came back to me on my queries throughout the entire process and I never once for a minute felt in the dark on what step was next - something I think is vital in any recruitment process.

Her understanding of me and what I was looking for in my next role as well as the recruitment needs of my new employer has meant that I am making a move that I feel confident in (and HOPEFULLY, the same is felt by my new employer!!)
