The plug-in seems to work fine but…

The plug-in seems to work fine but support is not an easy thing to get. After logging a problem I got the impression that the problem content wasn't read correctly as the details about php version, etc. was included in it. I got a reply by email and responded with the information required, but this was followed up by an email stating the author doesn't collect the email - seems odd as I was replying to it. So I'm now expected to visit the website and enter details through the site. I don't have time for this - Covid is definitely not a reason for not dealing with information by email! Not particularly impressed by the support here, can't deal with problems by email? Others can deal with support by email without a problem, not sure why we have to go through the rigmarole of going through a website ticketing system once the case has been started.

Fix the UI Please
