Ho avuto un’esperienza molto negativa con il broker Raze, e sento il dovere di condividerla per mettere in guardia altri potenziali utenti.

Ho depositato 800€ e, dopo alcune operazioni, ho realizzato un profitto di 400€, portando il saldo totale a 1200€. Quando ho richiesto il prelievo dell’intera somma, mi sono stati restituiti solo gli 800€ del deposito iniziale. Il profitto? Mai arrivato.

Ho subito contattato l’assistenza, che mi ha risposto affermando che il pagamento era già stato effettuato. Questa affermazione è falsa: ho controllato ogni estratto conto, ogni transazione — non ho mai ricevuto quei 400€.

Da quel momento, il silenzio assoluto. È da circa 5 mesi che invio un’email a settimana, senza ricevere più alcuna risposta. Nessuna spiegazione, nessun supporto, nessuna volontà di risolvere la questione.

In sintesi: un broker che trattiene i profitti e sparisce quando chiedi spiegazioni. Assistenza clienti inesistente, gestione vergognosa.
Sconsiglio vivamente Raze: la trasparenza e l’affidabilità dovrebbero essere la base di ogni servizio finanziario — qui, purtroppo, mancano completamente.

I opened an account with Raze Markets because I was interested in following the challenge account of Charlie Burton. At first, Joey was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. However, I was a little suspicious since I was asked to send funds to a bank in Dubai, so I started cautiously with a 100 EUR deposit to test things out.

Sadly, everything changed after I deposited the money. Joey’s attitude shifted — he became unresponsive, likely because my small deposit no longer interested him. I later realized that the challenge account wasn’t really useful for me, as I could get the same notifications directly from Charlie Burton’s website, and I preferred making my own trading decisions rather than blindly copying signals.

When I tried to withdraw my money, my first request was denied. I reached out to Joey for help — but he completely disappeared. Thankfully, a few days later, I managed to withdraw my funds without any assistance, and it finally arrived in my bank account. This whole experience made it clear how poorly they treat their customers once you’ve made a deposit.

To be fair, Tsvetelina (Tsveti) was very helpful through email — thank you, Tsveti. Meanwhile, Joey, who was communicating via WhatsApp, has never followed up. Despite their claims, I haven’t received a single message or call from him since.

If this is how they handle a 100 EUR account, I can only imagine the stress someone would go through trying to withdraw a larger sum.

They refused to let me withdraw my deposits and accumulated profits, instead I was asked to make more deposits. Please stay away from Raze Markets.

I have decided to proceed legally with Ap and co. securities and now on the verge of having all restored.

I have received my full withdrawal as of 23 April but the process was frustrating. But they did paid me in the end so I'm gonna rate it a 3 star.

I have been waiting for a withdrawal of 13.2k (8k deposit, 5k profits) for 2 weeks from 27 March till now. If you're planning to open a personal account here. suggest you to go to more reliable broker cos it seems like their help desk or emails will take at least 3-7 business days to respond.

They flagged my account for "Suspicious trading" on 1 April and told me up to 7 working days to investigate, quoting only 3% of their clients get this compliance investigation. Their spreads for gold is 4-5pips & $45 per lot overnight swap fees, that's impossible to even do any sort of "suspicious trading" & this is PERSONAL FUNDS I'm talking about.

Fine, they investigated and cleared me on 7 April :
"I am writing to inform you that after a thorough investigation your withdrawal has been approved and will be processed in a timely manner for you."

As of 9 April, my payouts are still "Pending checks" not reflecting "Approved" , they said that they process withdrawal within 24 business hours on their website is bullshit. They are either low on liquidity or they are not a genuine broker. Cos I deposited money, traded with my money & made profits & they refuse to pay me & made up plenty of excuses.

Poor brokers give bunus without deposits after profit of 150 USD is not paid, balance is withdrawn at the meal. Don't make a deposit here. Poor brokers take the funds away.

So everything is fine up until the point where I decided to withdraw my money.. it’s been 2 weeks and still in pending, I’ve been told this could be to them being simple “ busy and because it’s Ramadan people cannot trade and withdraw there money “ which is okay but I’ve been on live chat and I get no reply after 30+ mins, called them waited over A HOUR and was still on hold.. emailed joey no reply and even opened tickets which are still under pending, Basically being ignored in ever way possible. I opened a live account with Raze Markets only because i was in a trading bot and the people who run it are partnered with Raze so if anything happens I give them a message but there simply brushing me off really telling me to wait be patient etc .. so I guess that’s what I’m going to do..

I have requested for the withdrawal on 3rd March, 2025 but did not receive yet.
Support system is pathetic with zero support. Created a lot of tickets and sent emails but did not even get a single reply from support.

They haven't released my funds when I requested it over 2 weeks ago. I have raised multiple tickets and no has responded. Do not use this!!!!

I am really disappointed in the service. I have still not received my withdrawal of £380. It has been a week now since my request and I still have not received any further updates.

Got an email telling me my withdrawal was approved. Been almost 2 weeks and the money is not coming. Emailed them and user customer service chat but no reply’s. Bad broker. Stay away

Worst experience ever!!!!! Was literally made to move money over from Forezon and my money literally disappeared overnight and was no longer able to login despite numerous emails with promises to look into it!!! Biggest SCAM ever!!!! Avoid like the plague!!!!

Worst experience.
I made deposited through crypto on Sept, 2024 and traded.
Their web-terminal was perfect but their support system is worst. They don't bother to reply of any email. And deducted $20 every month without any notice.
After all this, I requested for the withdrawal on 26 Feb, 2025 and till now i did not receive my withdrawal or any response from the support.
I have created tickets multiple time and they answered me only one time. In that reply support asked me about the deposit method and i gave them all the proofs but did not hear back from them.
Once i received an email from Tony and never got any reply from him too.
Don't work with this broker. Your money is not safe wit them

I opened an account with raze markets and Joey was super helpfull and quick to answer me back anytime I had a question. I wanted to open an account with them mainly for following the challenge account of Charlie Burton. Initially I was suspicious, since I was required to send some funds into a bank in Dubai, so I opted to deposit just 100 eur to see how things will turn out. Joey was super nice all the times until I deposited this 100 eur, then he changed behaviour, probably he didn't have an interest anymore. I then decided that this challenge account was of not use for me, since I could have the same notifications through the main website of Charlie Burton: instead of copying blindly the signals provided I wanted to interact with my own judgement. So I tried to withdraw my money. The first attempt failed, I received an email saying that raze denied my withdrawal. I asked assistance to Joey but guess what? He disappeared. Luckily some days later I managed to withdraw my funds, without assistance, and it arrived in my bank account. This behaviour clearly says a lot about how they treat their customer. Well better for me, if this is the assistance I receive for just 100 eur I can only tremble what stress can it be for someone trying to withdras much more.
On the other hand Tsvetelina was really helpfull, thank you Tsveti. Joey was the one using whatsapp, Tsevti was using emails.
Update after the response: I am sorry but until now I didn' receive any answer from Joey, is not true that he tried to reach out, he could have wrote me anytime but he didn't.

Never let me withdraw £10,000 of my own money. Stopped all communication with me and now I can’t log into my account. This was not prop money this was my personal funds. These are scammers! Stay away.
