Raymour & Flanigan Recenzje 

I made a parts order for couch cushions approximately four months ago. I paid in full and was told it would be 8 to 12 weeks. I received no update updates via email phone call or any other means of communication.

Yesterday I called the store in Waterford and was given a very interesting response as it was pretty clear that although my order was in the system, they pretty much had no idea what was going on. I was told that the service and our parts department would call me within a half hour and if they did not, I was to call the store back.

About three hours later, I called the store back and explained that I had not heard anything. I was told that they sent me an email and that I could get a refund or they could reach out to the manufacturer.

I did check my email and it was about four sentences and it said their back ordered and they can either reach out to the vendor or refund my money.

I was very upset. I am still very upset. I do not feel that that is accurate information. I feel that somebody dropped the ball. If they were back ordered, I should have gotten some type of information.

I returned to the email explaining that I did not believe that that was accurate and that I’ve been waiting for four months and I want my couch cushions and I want somebody to get in touch with me. I still have not heard back.

I was told by the store, I spoke to Linda, that she would return my call after the second time I reached out directly to the Waterford store. And I also never heard back from her.

I am very disappointed. Going to Raymour and Flanigan. I thought I was buying a higher quality. The Customer Service has proven to be subpar, and after I get this remedied in some form, I will no longer be a customer.

I had questions regarding adding “stuffing” on my existing reclining sofa and Tarij Collins, customer service representative, was very helpful in providing a case number along with phone numbers and email address.

Jerrard is a phenomenal,helpful asset to your company! We are long term clients of his and Kaz(in the past). My wife fell last week and I needed a recliner for her quickly.I reached out today and he arranged for a special delivery tomorrow to
our home. This is why we always come to your company. Great,long term,employees. That says alot for Raymour…..

I tried to file a service claim, and they never responded. While I was waiting, my bed suffered even more damage from my new pet, and now they are saying it cannot be serviced at all because of pet damage. Save your money. This whole thing feels like a scam.

Great selection of furniture at reasonable pricing . Tiffany helped answer all of our questions and was great to work with.

I ordered it online and knew what I wanted filled out my purchase form and payment, got confirmed everything checked out and I was done. I ordered the white glove service so everything will be put together and brought to us, so it is one less thing to worry about. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you, Kathleen
