The Sales Associate Mr. Rey B. was very informative and knowledgeable offering a variety of choices and offered many options to any customers' benefit while endorsing the R&F name brand!

On time, very professional which is why I always order from R & F on Union Square.

They were helpful to the point and friendly.

The Manager that worked with me, Mr. Joshua Cosme, took his time showing me several pieces to pick from. The selection available was good and I ended up with a great piece of furniture. Haven’t received it yet, but thus far I’m happy and satisfied with the entire process.

My sales rep was incredibly kind and helpful. We were so impressed that we decided to buy that day instead of shopping around.

While Maria Garcia was wonderful, I didn't appreciate a call stating that there was going to be a problem with delivery because I live in a 4th floor walk up. Your a furniture company if you don't expect to deliver in these type of buildings then maybe you should let the consumer know. I always take care of people who make deliveries to my apartment. I know the work is hard.

The manager at the store, James Wheeler was very knowledgeable and helpful.

My mattress looks like some kind of Skislope all of a sudden, and they took my claim. Seriously, followed up, asking for pictures the next day, and granted my claim for a replacement the day after that. I went down and met with a manager, who helped me find a replacement, the delivery went smoothly, they communicated before they arrived, I would have liked a text at seven in the morning and not an email because the time frame I received the day before was 8-10:45. They left the warehouse at 7 and got here early. They were courteous and quick and I am really thrilled with my experience and looking forward to a good nights sleep

Had a problem with two paintings whose background color did not match and the manager Josh and employee Kristen were so nice to obtain an exchange for me. I believe they have the best manager and some of the best employees.
