My first trip to the outlet was good. It had the same environment as a typical R&F store, we were greeted the same, sales people were professional. We were pleased to learn that the price on the furniture is the actual cost, unlike at regular R&F stores where for some reason they always add on some kind of hidden discount. I bought a love seat, chair, and ottoman for my office and couldn’t be happier.

I ordered a tv stand last fall that showed up scratched. When I pointed it out to the delivery driver, he suggested that I fill in the scratch with a marker. I decided to give you another chance and I ordered an bookcase and I have not heard a word about delivery since I placed my order in January. How about sending my bookcase in perfect condition and then asking my opinion?

I had a relatively good experience in store. My sales associate listened and responded with relevant affordable options to meet my needs. Ordered a bed and adjustable base. Delivery was delayed. Then upon arrival the base would not work with my platform. It happens. What shouldn't happen is that I hear the supervisor from the warehouse rip into the delivery and set crew saying, "you deliver". "If they sold her the wrong base that's not your problem, sales will handle it when it breaks". The guys on the truck were put in an awful position when I told them I heard it. They attempted to dance out of it but honestly could not help me without going against their boss. So I called the store. I was transferred to returns on three occasions. Keep in mind, I still wanted to purchase the right pieces. The sales person wasn't given my name and number. I was assured anyone could help me and every time I was directed to returns. I didn't need a return. I needed someone to listen long enough to fix the problem that day or order the right base for another day. I came into store a week later. No one had made a followup call. the Sales manager began to sell me something more expensive and less functional. It was a mess. I gave up. Trying to hard to spend my time and money locally. This was unprofessional and unnecessary.

Our recent visit to the R&F store in Orchard Park, NY went very well. Visited the store after doing some online searching for the furniture piece interested in - was greeted by Brad Hill, our sales rep. - he helped navigate the channels to get the fabric samples sent. Once samples received we revisited the store and placed our order. Since we requested a store pickup - Brad was even on the sales floor that day to assist in the process for the actual pickup. Brad was very professional in assisting with whatever questions we had at the time.

Ordered items online was going to be delivered by UPS raymour said they would notify us when to expect delivery.Never received notice delivery was coming. Product was exactly as expected

Went into Raymour & Flanigan to look for several items, and our associate was very helpful and patient as we progressed through the varying options. She answered each question and worked within the constraints of our preferences and needs, yet made suggestions if appropriate.

I have shopped at Raymour & Flanigan for years with excellent experiences along with the wide selections.

Our delivery men were very nice and helpful too. They made sure we knew how to operate ours adjustable bed. And showed us were to find the phone numbers if we needed additional information, or had questions.

We ordered new furniture a few months back & are so very pleased with it. Quality is superb, so well made, we just love it. My husband was stumped on what to get me for Christmas this year. After much thought, I decided I wanted 2 matching ottomans. We went to Raymour & Flanigans & within minutes my Christmas wish came true. The customer service staff is so friendly, so helpful, not pushy. We just love it there & I would & have highly recommended Raymour & Flanigan to family & friends.
