Exceptional service
Me and my wife were looking for a new bed in our price range. Charlene Hartley introduced us to a variety of good quality mattresses to test out. She assisted us in a professional manner with her knowledge and honesty. We just wanted to say thank you to Charlene for steering us in the right direction. We had the delivery of the bed the next day and which was installed very quickly. We will be returning customers and would highly recommend Charlene and her team to a friend.

New mattress! Delightful
Kirby, our salesman was polite & asked me what I wanted. He explained differences between prices & up& down operation. He was not pushy. Delivery was on time & setup was completed in less than 30 minutes. Men were efficient & polite.

Great customer service
The sales rep was helpful and took his time with my mother. The store manager went out of his way to make sure we were pleased with the items selected. He showed my and gave my mother all the perks possible. They made us feel special.

The delivery of my new sofa (that I…
The delivery of my new sofa (that I waited 5 months for), the delivery men smashed the electrical cord accidentally when placing the sofa in my living room. The associate went to the truck and handed me an old, used, cord which was unacceptable. Two hours later when the Raymour & Flanigan store opened, I went to the store, and received assistance, I believe, that was not too enthusiastic. I simply asked if a new cord could be ordered and after about 15 to 20 minutes of the store associate trying to find other options, she finally agreed to order a new replacement cord.

From my bad experience with Raymor…
From my bad experience with Raymor &Flanigan I recommend all customers not to be fooled and purchase anymore expensive furniture with a poor quality.
R&F is very unprofessional. What happened with me. Delivery guys broke the notches of the left/right rails in order to assemble the bed properly at the first time I find out by accident when I said I’m not goin to take the bed cuz is not assembled properly. I find out the delivery guy broke it intentionally to able to assemble the bed!!!
Second time and third time, rails notches arrived broken in order to be easy for delivery guys to assemble properly.! This is horrible this is means the Delivery department of R&F are dishonest, unprofessional and fool customers and they deliver damage furniture to their customers!! Is that acceptable!!!
Delivery guys and R&F tried to fool me three times.
However, the bed in show room is assembled properly.
