I love the quality of Raymour and…
I love the quality of Raymour and Flanigan. I bought a desk for my brother's home office. The two men that came to deliver the desk oh they were amazing they tried and tried to bring the desk upstairs to the room but they could not. One man said to my brother i am sorry we can not carry it anymore upstairs. So he said to call up the store and see what they can do.the two men who delivered were so kind. I also want to add this before buying a desk or other heavy furniture that you need measure your space and make sure it can fit in the room doorway and also in the space.

My experience with Yuri at the Raymour & Flanigan store in Long Island City, New York
My experience at the Raymour & Flanigan store in Long Island City was great! I had several hours in the Long Island City area until my next appointment, so I wandered into the store randomly, intending to just look around. I had been contemplating replacing my existing bed for awhile, and wanted to see what was available. The store manager, Yuri, met me shortly after I walked in, introduced himself, and offered to assist if I had any questions. Long story short, Yuri listened to my description of what I was seeking, showed me around to the many choices displayed in the showroom, answered every one of my questions, and carefully guided me to the most appropriate choices. There never was even a hint of sales pressure, yet I was so happy with my ultimate choice that I actually ordered a new bed (frame and all) right then. Delivery and setup was flawless, and my old bed magically disappeared. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Thank you, Yuri!

Ann Warren, a fantastic consultant
Ann Warren, who works at the Long Island City Raymour & Flanigan on Northern Boulevard, was exceptionally helpful and nice. I needed a chair that has several features for my 98-year-old mother, and she showed me the options and gave me the space to try out the chairs and come to my own decision. She didn't try to "sell me", which was particularly refreshing. I give her high marks for effort, knowledge, and sweetness. She was a pleasure to work with. She also told me about their Platinum Protection Plan, which is particularly important when purchasing a Power Lift Recliner.

First of all, the company I weighed from has exceptional quality in today's furniture market. It matched perfectly with my couch and love seat that I had bought previously. I was told it would take a couple of weeks for special order and it did and the delivery was perfect. Thank you again!
