Mustafa was the absolute best
Mustafa was the absolute best! He helped my fiancé and I figure out the best finance options and pick the couch set that best fit our needs as a family with small children and pets. We had first gone to Bob’s and were only looking to compare, however our experience at R&F has us customers for life now!

Very RUDE staff. The email i received said it was…
The email i received said it was available for pickup on 7/9/2024. Which happened to be my day off. Perfect timing. I drove over 20 miles from my house to pickup the dresser. The girl at the counter said they don’t do pickups on Tuesdays and was quite rude even when i showed her the email. Why would the web site allow a day to be chosen for pickup that is not a viable day.

I purchased dining room furniture today…
I purchased dining room furniture today at the Lake Grove store. Samantha Burden helped me yesterday and when I returned today. She is knowledgeable and pleasant. She showed me many different sets and helped me select the one that best suited my needs. She even gave me dusting tips to reach between the glass and wood tops. I will ask for her help each time I come to the store.

Best experience at a furniture store
My husband and I just went to the store to look for new living room furniture. After looking around we found a living room set that we liked. There was a salesman by the name of John Ruggiero that helped up. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. I have to say, if it wasn't for him we probably would have kept looking at other places. Everyone knows what its like to go to a store like this and be harassed by the sales people lol. AND I never do a review or anything like this, but I figured give credit where credit is due. My husband and I had a very good and easy experience this time. So thank you John!!

Always someone ready to help.
The staff is always available, and there are plenty of showrooms to look at products. This way you can see items in a different light or a different color. I’ve purchased from Raymour and Flanigan many times over the years. The combination of a good staff, a friendly showroom, and a good website makes shopping convenient.
