The worst customer service I've ever recieve from a "HIGH END FURNITURE PLACE"
Half of the staff at the Jersey City,New Jersey location are rude and full of BS! I have been waiting for a refund of $308.00 since June 2025. Everytime I call they give me the run around or answer the phone and tell me to hold on and transfer the call, because they do not want to engage with me. Yes, I've been frustrated about the matter because I placed a order with the sale representative GIFT and the portion i paid in cash for they was supposed to return to me because I no longer wanted the order. I have been given the run around, after run around since June. I literally just called them 09/11/2025 at 1:20 and 1:23pm and they give having me hold on with no one coming to the phone. I've done my best with being patient. I am not going to seek legal action as of today. So just heads up people if you cancel an item and they have to return a refund in a check (because my payments was made with different debit cards) be prepared to put up a fight to get your refund. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVERY AGAIN!!!!

Purchased a 1600.00 mattress - both managers would not even throw in a free pillow asked plenty of times - was ignored all they cared about was the sale. Left feeling not good about the sale and purchase.

The experience was subpar
The experience was subpar. The sales person that I was working with told me to call him the next day at a specific time to order my furniture and pay online and when I did, he told me that already left the store and was on his way home and he said to call him back tomorrow, when calling him back, the representative told me that he was off that day. Finally ordered the piece of furniture without him. When coming to the store to pick up the item, I was forced to go around the building and pick it up from the back door. This experience lacks competent customer experience..

Great experience on a huge order!
I don’t usually do reviews but usually unhappy people are the ones to review so here goes. The site was easy to use and set up my white glove delivery. I had to call to get a certificate of insurance for my building the rep was very helpful. She stayed on the phone while I sent and received emails. Very helpful.
