Service was great from sales person in store.
When my things are delivered i can elaborate more.

From the beginning of my purchase till the day of delivery, its been all professional. Making my experience excellent.

The sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful. He wasn't pushy which made shopping easy

I just stopped in to possibly change my order that I originally made in February unbeknownst that it was deleted from the system. All said and done I had to have a credit put back in the system. Credit was for 2 a sectional and cocktail table. Was told couldn’t find the table. The manager Mr. White did correct the situation. However it looks as I just made an order that took place in February no fault of mine. The process to from beginning to end took about an hour. This was very frustrating.

I was assisted by Devin Allen who was very kind, patient and helpful. I was able to make my selection and purchase without a glitch!

Kimo was my sales person he greeted my husband and I upon arrival of the store. He offered my husband and I a bottle of water. And he asked what we were looking for. And he showed us pretty much everything the store had to offer. When my husband and I reached a decision. He suggested that we get a protection plan. He briefly explained how the plan worked. Kimo also gave us a business card for any future purchase. Kimo provided great customer service.

Christopher was so helpful and very professional ! Will definitely come back and order my bedroom set with him . Cannot wait for my living room set. Thank you!

Cynthia Riggins from the Marine Park store in Brooklyn NY, was very polite and professional. She understood what I was looking for and what furniture would best suit my style. She took her time to ensure me that Raymour and Flanigan will provide the best delivery options. It was a real pleasure talking with her.

I give 3 stars only because they didn't have my items in stock and I have to wait weeks for the items I ordered .

Mott was awesome as always. I followed him from the Flatbush Avenue branch to gateway and referred several clients throughout the years. Hard to find such dedication , commitment and excellent customer service in staff members.

Everything went well with purchase of my items. However, the delivery process was the complete opposite. 30 minutes after (4:15 pm), the close of the window time (12:30 pm- 3:45 pm), I attempted to contact the local store and customer service regarding my delivery. I reached out to both entities for over 2 hours (5:42 pm) before actually speaking to someone on the phone. The customer service representative called the local store on my behalf and they assured him that my order would be delivered within the next 20 minutes. Again, this was not true and my furniture was delivered at 6:50 pm.

The email team was amazing anything I needed they answers questins did my numerous rescheduling dates for me because my closing date. The team that delivered the furniture was amazing they came and setup everything and cleaned up.

The sale associate that help we were very knowledgeable and understanding. That help me a lot, I look forward to doing business with you again and i will recommend your store to my friends and family.

You haven’t helped me and I’m looking for a refund

I was greeted by the salesperson at the entrance. I asked to just be left to explore. Within 10 minutes the salesperson came to find me to see if I had any questions. He was professional and knowledgeable. He absolutely heard my concerns and helped me find the bedroom set I needed.

The sales associate had helped me before so I requested her assistance again when I needed to make another purchase. She is always polite, respectful and Very helpful.
