DO NOT USE Raymour & Flanigan
My wife and 4 children recently used Raymour & Flanigan to furnish our new home. DO NOT SHOP HERE! We decided to use the 5 year interest only option and pay "full price" on over $10,000 in furniture. When we finally moved into our new home there was no mailbox or even a registered mailing address to receive mail. Anyway, back in January 2025 I notified R&F that there is no mailbox or mailing address registered so it is critical I go paperless to receive my bills. Not only did they not email or have automatic bill paying option available but reported an $120 late payment to the credit bureaus. I've probably wrote 2 review of a company in my life and I'm praying no other customer has to have this experience. You have many options, DO NOT USE RAYMOUR & FLANIGAN!

ordered a sofa/sleep bed
ordered a sofa. Took 6 weeks to get. When it was delivered it was the wrong color and had to be returned. Had to reorder and then had to fight about not having to pay another delivery charge and have to wait another 6 weeks for delivery. I have guests coming into town and now they have no place to sleep. When I inquired about getting some kind of concession for all the inconvenience, I was told there was nothing they could do about. Basically, I was told to deal with it or I could always cancel the order. Very poor customer service in my opinion.
