Ordered on line and had a delivery issue with the wrong configuration of a sectional sofa. I was contacted by Andrea Cassis to help with getting the right sofa delivered. She made the process so easy & went a step beyond to get the delivery done a day early. Thanks to Andrea for saving the day.

First experience and won’t be the last
AHMAD WAS GREAT WITH US FROM THE VERY BEGING HELPED US WITH EVERYTHING EVEN WHEN WE CAME BACK NEXT DAY UNTILL WE FOUND WHAT WE WANTED , also the store have so many different stuff for all types a bit expensive to be honest but good quality and overall all the Staff are very friendly and respectful

Our meeting with Na’eem Ward was very productive. He allowed us time to walk around and talk to each other without being interrupted. Once we decided on a sofa we were interested in, he was able to explain the product in detail. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
Purchasing the sofa was seamless. We’re looking forward to getting it delivered.

we went furniture shopping in a couple…
we went furniture shopping in a couple of stores and settled on this sofa. went online and saw a small sale and decided to wait a little to see other deals. good sale came along and easy to buy and schedule delivery online.
salesperson was nice at the door with a warm welcome. we were ok on our own.

Andrea was great, very friendly and helpful. Delivery was fast and the delivery guys were wonderful! So friendly and respectful. This is my second coach from R&F and will definitely go back when I need more furniture.
