The salesman was helpful, without being intrusive. He seemed to know when we wanted his help and when to stay back. He gave us information that was needed and offered to check on items we liked. He was not pushy. Farouk Nouaihed was very considerate and answered our questions.
It was a good experience. Hadn't been out furniture shopping in several lyears.

Bill has helped us in the past. He is very helpful and experienced. He is why we continue to shop at Raymour & Flanigan and will always recommend him to our family & friends.

My call to the store was great when Iwanted to order a dresser. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I had no trouble at all.

Delivery was 35 minutes late. Old mattress was to be removed but delivery men refused to take it. Then they offered to take it if I paid them $50, which was not part of the sale’s agreement. Very disappointed with this poor service. I returned to R&F after buying my living room furniture 5 years ago… I doubt I will return to this store again, nor can I recommend it to family or friends.

Everything was perfect. And I do mean perfect. They explained what types of mattresses were available discussing various aspects including price. They explained what would happen during delivery; came within time framework they said they would:; they were pleasant and polite. As I said at the beginning of the review everything was perfect; it was; and I am a tough customer.

For what I anticipated to be a complicated experience was a seamless, efficient experience thanks to Na’eem W. She anticipated everything I would need, explained it all, and left me feeling confident about my new bed delivery.

Went in to buy a dinning room table to find out my salesman had passed the nite before , after sharing a moment with staff we made our purchase with a new sales representative who was very emotional over the passing we took a moment to reflect and purchased what we wanted and received great service. My condolences to the family and staff who were affected.

Our sales woman, Calista Richardson, was so pleasant and very helpful without making us feel pushed. She worked with us until we found the sofa, loveseat and chair we wanted. Hoping delivery goes as well! She is a keeper.

Consultant CALISTA EBOH RHCHARDSON promptly greeted us and we were directed to the area of interest. Calista was pleasant and knowledgeable, however, the "check-out" person needs to acquire some people skills; a simple thank you would have been appreciated.

The salesman was very helpful. Answered every question with professionalism and his knowledge of merchandise was exceptional. I took his card. Will go to him when our next purchase is needed.
