First i placed the order online. I selected the store closest to me. I arrived at the store on the pickup date and was told they do not do instore pickup. I was then told to drive 2 towns over to pick up my furniture. Upon arriving I was given a box and told I was to assemble it myself. I was beyond disappointed in how this was handled. At the very least someone should have called me and explained the pickup situation upon me placing the order. Glad I also need a couch so I can take my buisness elsewhere.

The staff were very helpful, but I went to the Victor store to pick up two nightstands that I had ordered on line the day before. The instructions on line were to pick them up at the Victor store. When I got to the store I was informed that pick ups were only possible in Canandaigua and Henrietta. So I didn't get the nightstands and wasted nearly an hour of my time.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with James Slocum out of the Victor, NY location last night. James was personable, professional, and beyond knowledgeable. He expertly assisted me in furnishing my entire apartment, and he made me feel like he was just as excited as I was. The options he provided me were smart and informed, and he definitely went the extra mile to ensure my overall experience was a wonderful one. I was dreading this task as I’m not particularly fond of shopping or making decisions, but James confidently took the reins and truly showed me what it means to be valued and understood.

I live in rural Springwater and don't particularly care for crowded malls. We arrived at the East View store early and were the first customers Saturday 12/9. Hubert met us at the door and in 30 minutes we had a good deal on a kitchen island. Big selection, excellent salesperson and no customers; made me happy! On December 14, Rick and James delivered the heavy piece to our rural home. They called ahead to keep us informed of the delivery progress which was much appreciated as I had a late morning appointment. They negotiated the 7- step incline professionally and the brothers displayed a wonderful personality. We'll be back and will recommend you to friends.

They took the time to listen to what we really wanted then spent the time with us until we had exactly what we wanted. The young day time manager at the Eastview mall location in Victor NY was wonderful.

Went in to buy a couple counter top chairs/stools and talked to Eric LeGrett. He was helpful but not pushy. After some consideration, he suggested I bring one home to see if it worked for us, so I did. The stool didn't end up being a good fit so we went back to return it and looked at other chairs and tables. Eric spent a very long time with us reviewing the custom options so we could get what we wanted. He was patient, knowledgeable, good natured and extremely helpful, showing us option after option. We ended up buying a custom table and chairs as well, which we were looking for but still debating on when we came in at first. I can't recommend Eric enough. He was great and made the buying experience really great. We will definitely go back to him when we furnish our new addition!!

Carla couldn’t have been a better representative for Raymour & Flanagan.
She listened to what my mother-in law wanted. Offered up solutions; showed different options and then let us alone to look around for a few minutes and then came back and again asked for feedback.
I couldn’t have scripted out a better process for a sales person - Carla handled our situation perfectly.

Hannah at the Victor store was amazing! So helpful and assisted us in finding exactly what we wanted! She was always available when I had questions with an immediate response. I plan to work with Hannah in the future. Thx for a great experience!

James was helpful but not intrusive while we walked around the store. He gave us great insight into the reclining sofas that led us to our decision.
Will use him again as we continue to finish off buying furniture for our new house.
