I found a beautiful credenza that was just the right style and size to place under a painting in my living room. Lisa was so helpful in providing me with guidance and information about the credenza. I also got this item for a fabulous price! Thank you Raymour & Flanigan. Now I know why my sister gets all of her furniture here.

I am so disappointed, I purchased a mattress and adjustable bed and it did not fit in my four poster bed. I was supposed to be contacted to make it right and it has been 9 days. I will call tomorrow. 😩

I thought I was getting the sale price. But your salesman knew I wanted the sales price but he wanted more money in his pocket. I could have gotten the sale price plus 18 months financing free. So the bait and switch part I did not like and then I asked to speak with a manager and basically he said though luck. I love my bedroom set but will not be using that salesman again. GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS ALL THE OPTIONS NOT JUST THE ONES THAT PUTS MORE MONEY IN YOUR SALESMAN POCKETS, LET US DECIDE. I WANTED THE SALES PRICES AND HE KNEW THAT!

Pleasant staff, no pressure from them, didn’t get the usual sales pitch to make us buy and they gave us the time we needed to make our decision

The service was excellent! I mean, service met you right from the front door. Salesperson was patient and very helpful, and was not too pushy at all. He took his time to display all functionality of the items, and made you fell welcome right from the gate.

I shop for a couch online. And raymour and flanigan had some great offers. I was able to pick one out that I liked. I can't wait to get it.

Very good customer service I completed my order on line,but I was then contacted by a representative of Raymour and Flanagan for more info about my second purchase,it seemed I had created a alert on my card. I was asked to provide information and everything was cleared

Scott was helpful without being overbearing. He had a clear understanding of our needs and quickly found pieces that we were interested in. He was knowledgeable about the pieces shown to us and explained the pricing, to include sale and special offers available to us. Within a few minutes we had selected our new sofa and were out the door with a smile. We were very satisfied with our shopping experience at Raymour and Flanigan.
