Visit OK. Delivery date/time messed up. Not delivered when salesman promised. Still waiting for delivery.

Emily Alison was amazing! we couldn’t ask for a better person than Emily. She was very helpful without being overbearing. we hope to be very satisfied with our purchase.

Furniture was delivered on March 23. The center portion of the love seat would not stay fully upright. And there's a year in the leather on the back. On March 24 the love seat stopped working. April 24, the repairman finally came to figure out why it wasn't working. It was the electrical box but he didn't have the right part. He left one that works but is not specific for our furniture. He told us the furniture would be replaced because of the tear and that someone would call us. We still haven't heard from anyone.

While this transaction was positive and dealing with customer service, It is the final dealing with this company about a repair on my Love seat. I first mas my request for service back in January. We were promised warrantee service and they never delivered. I was told a "problem existed between the manufacture and the warrantee service company. Each trying to make it the others problem. We the customer, paid for it for over 4 months! Unacceptable.
