I needed service for a very expensive Bernhardt leather reclining sofa that was purchased in May of 2022 which the tech rendered the left side unusable on a 11/09/2022 service. I have gone into our local Avon store on many occasions starting late October, I have written many emails and I was told by Jessica, the Customer care supervisor on a voice mail that due to the manufacture not honoring the part warranty they would be replacing our unit. That message was back on December 30, 2022 and due to the Holiday I could expect a follow up from Jessica no later than January 6, 2023. It is now February 28, 2023 and nothing but delay tactics. In light of all of this, I am looking into a more productive resolution.

I paid for the white day delivery. Took the day off from work. I reached out to someone the day of delivery to find out a time frame and they said they weren’t delivering it that day because it was placed after a cut off time. I placed the order around 2pm I saw no where on the site that there was a cut off time. I received no email or no call telling me anything. Wasted a whole day of work so I canceled my order and went somewhere else where I got the mattresses that same day.

Don was fantastic. Very personable, very knowledgeable and extremely patient with us. We had a great experience and look forward to shopping with him again.

It was easy to find I what I was looking for on the internet, not so in the store. While I was able to find the oval table online, it didn't appear in the Raymour & Flanigan instore website.
