I knew what I was looking for to complete a set I started buying late last year, and it was nice that the piece I was looking for was available still. Pick up was super easy at the central ave location, and the ottoman I bought was exactly what I was expecting, good quality, already assembled, and ready to take home

Terrible customer service experience
Terrible customer service experience. Repair scheduled twice (cancelled once, not the correct part second time). Response from service department was defensive and then turned to trying to blame me for the situation. Avoid purchasing from this retailer, amateur, incompetent service department and no easy way to lodge a complaint higher than at the local level.
