Ordered on the Monday arrived on the Tuesday. First class service, great ordering system and website. This is the only raw dog food that my dog will eat, great consistency and value for money.

A great experience and a great choice and selection of foods. Kay is very knowledgeable and more so very passionate in her foods giving us all the information we needed. Our dogs can't wait for meal times now and the titbits are a favourite too.

Having tried (and failed) for two years trying to find a meal our rescue dog would eat, he has now eaten 10 days in a row. Previously we have tried everything from supermarket own brands to subscription services. Our dog was basically eating the odd few biscuits topped with mince. Many days he wouldn’t even eat that. What attracted us to Raw Made Simple was the variety of choices and previous reviews. We brought a mixed pack to try and identify what he might like. The food arrived well packaged and promptly followed by a follow up text from the owner. The boxes are generously sized. For our dog, one box covers two days of meals. They have been easy to stack in the freezer and haven’t leaked or smelt when in the fridge. They are really simple to defrost and serve and our dog clearly enjoys the ones with offal and tripe the most! Looking forward to placing our next order and treating him to some rabbit. Would definitely recommend.

We have had a break from this product due to moving house, but our dog is really happy we have now returned to his fave food.

For us Raw Made Simple was a great choice for our two small dogs Bertie and Winnie. From first contact to receiving our first order was so simple. Kay was just amazing in giving advice and ideal feed amounts and I would say went the extra mile to get us started.
She told us that the dogs would be super excited for meal times and she was right. They really love the food and we are so happy knowing they are getting the right food for them.

service good delivered on time but not in refrigerated van and some of the packs were defrosting i was advised that this was not a problem if packs were put in freezer not opened suggest this info could nbe put on delivery note otherwise all very good dog loves it

Well,I had a discussion with the dogs and they say they are enjoying the variety in the platinum box and greenlighted me to keep buying. Personally the only problem is the plastic containers...is it possible to use cardboard?

Always delivered on time and when it’s due, friendly staff when speaking on phone call, wouldn’t buy anywhere else, my dogs enjoy all flavours 👌

Outstanding customer service- I asked for large size bones for my big dogs and I received perfectly matched ribs and bones for my dogs. Delivery was well organized- communication was very good and products came in very good condition and well packed.
