I was really impressed with the service from Becky at Rawk. She spent time advising me on the best scooter for my five year old and she was really knowledgeable. I bought the scooter she recommended and can not wait to give it to my little boy on Christmas Day. No doubt we will be back to but the elbow and knee pads when he starts doing stunts! :-)

Parcel went missing but rawk delt with problem quickly & efficiently.

I need a new wheel for my sons scooter, but had no idea what to get. I spoke on the phone to an adviser who was polite, knowledgeable and helpful but was in no way patronising about the fact I was clueless.. The correct product arrived the next day.

I received excellent polite helpful service when I phoned Rawk I'm uncomfortable purchasing on line so was delighted with the lady who dealt with me. The goods were delivered when promised and I was kept in touch with the day and exact time they would arrive even the name of the courier. I cannot praise this company enough and would highly reccomend them to you Well done Rawk I'd certainly shop with you again

I needed to make two phone calls to Rawk before my placing order for some product information. On both occasions I my enquiry was answered to my complete satisfaction by genuinely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Lovely company to do business with. I'd say a rarity these days, and I'd recommend any time.

I ordered these rollerskates in the evening and they had arrived by about 9.30 the next day - how did you manage that so quickly! It was also great that I was able to leave instructions to leave the skates with my neighbour and was kept updated by text. The skates themselves look and feel good quality - they are a christmas present so haven't been used yet.

Parcel arrived on time and the roller skates look fabby, my daughter is going to love her new roller skates, quite fancy a pair myself!

I ordered these skates for my daughter for her birthday, she is over the moon with them, she is looking forward to her next roller disco so she can give them a go!!
