Delivery expenses very very expensive.
The product was perfect,especially because I could not find it anywhere in my country. Seems to be a special brake pads. However, the delivery expenses were very very expensive, nearly five times the price of the product. Somewhat exaggerated. Thanks for the stickers.

It's so great to hear that the product you ordered from us was perfect and what you were after.
I'm sorry you feel the cost of the delivery was expensive. However, as we are based in the U.K, delivery to Spain is not cheap. I do realise though that when ordering a brake at £5, the cost may seem high.
I will be passing on your comments to our customer services team and we will discuss international shipping and courier costs to see if any changes can be made.

Professional, fast, efficient, reliable and informative buisness.
Ordering was straight forward and simple, information on the product I ordered was easy to find. An email was sent straight away confirming details and expected delivery day/time. I was then updated daily from the supplier and the parcel company letting me know the EXACT day and time that my parcel would arrive. I was very impressed by this professional, efficient and fast service. I don't normally write reviews but on this occasion I feel I must. Very impressed, this is how easy ordering should be which in turn will most definitely mean I will order again with absolutely no hesitation. 5 stars all the way.

Rawk happend to deliver two left skates. Dealt with it immediately, completely fuss (and cost) free. Also impressed by DPD, who comes with excellent delivery options and transparency.
Will certainly buy from rawk again.

Good service, drop the scooters
delivery was really fast and reasonably priced but i did not appreciate scooter related stickers, company need to be more personal and think about their customers interests.

I must admit, this is the first time we've heard anyone be unhappy with the free stickers we give away as a gift to our customers with all our orders. But it's always great to hear from our customers whether it's positive or negative.
When designing the sheet, we did try to add a mix of stickers which is why there are scooter stickers, as you've mentioned, but also skateboard, skates, and Rawk branded stickers, as well as an iphone cover.
We did try to pick something for everyone with the space we had.
Of course, it is good to know you were pleased with the service and fast delivery.
I'll raise your concerns regarding your free gift, but unfortunately, as scooters are one of the most popular items in the country, we won't be able to drop them, as you suggest :)

Speedy delivery and Fab skates
The skates arrive in good time and were exactly as described. The are a little narrow for my daughters wide foot, but with some waggling of the plastic to loosen it up they are more comfortable. She is really happy with them and skates around the house in them!

Extremely friendly and the most helpful advice given so I got the right purchase.
I would highly recommend RAWK, they are so helpful and knowledgeable, I bought Lilly-mae a pair of heelys for Christmas, first time for this sort of purchase. The lady at RAWK guided me to the right purchase as Lilly-mae was a beginner, and gave full advice on the item to give me piece of mind. It was actually the Monday before Christmas and I really thought there was no way I was going to be able to get these for her, and disappointing a child on Christmas is the worse feeling. So pleased I came across RAWK they had so much stock in and I was able to pick up my item within 20 minutes. When you come to buy such footwear, give RAWK a call first.
