You think you're buying the real deal, but they send you fake, counterfeit items! Do not buy from them! They are crooks!

Avoid this company and it's products!
I can echo the many previous reports of poor product quality and even worse customer service. The international adapter which I ordered, paid for, received and took to the UK did not work. Multiple efforts to obtain a replacement or refund have been unsuccessful. My remaining option is to share this warning to others.

Order the GPS watch for my kid. Returned next day and 15 emails later (all different people) not getting anywhere . I asked for a phone number and they tell me they only deal through emails . Bullsh*t, give me a freaking phone number I want to talk to a human being . Im not sure they understand English , cause if they did they’d be better at customer service. They can look up in their systems to see its back in their stock but they won’t. They keep Giving me the run around. I am disputing on my credit card . Do not purchase from them. They are scum and scam artist !

I purchased a telescope that was not to my satisfaction. I contacted the company asking for a refund. They offered me as an alternative to find something on their website. Nothing there seemed interesting. I then asked on numerous times their return address. Now I am emailed that the 30 day window has expired. They did not honor my request and I am very unhappy.

After so many frustrating weeks I have found this web page. To be honest after my dealings with this company over the last three months, and reading these blogs I am surprised that they are still in business. I have ordered the Solar flame lights over 3 months ago. I have been given 3 different tracking numbers, the last one doesn't even exist after a week.

I am in Australia, tried to get my money back, to no avail, given up hope that I will receive these goods. However I will not let this lie. Every post whether on Facebook etc I am writing bed reports about this company. I am surprised that American Law is not stopping this company?

Ordered the 4 pack of solar lites and received one light and not 4 as advertised. From all the bad reviews on this company it is time to launch class action law suit against them for fraud. Anyone know where the head office is based out of. Crooked company and its time someone starts legal proceedings against them.

I ordered an iPhone 4 in 1 Adapter. When it arrived it did not work. They insisted on me sending videos to prove this, which I did. 5 months later and I have still not received a working unit. I have repeatedly asked for a refund however they keep avoiding my request, and keep saying they’ll update me regarding shipping status

Ram deal are bunch of thieves and they are scammers, even with a tracking number and pictures of the items you return, they choose to ignore you and I would not recommend ever buying from them, even though their prices are okay. They never respond to your messages and payplal sides with them. I am quite angry and chocked about this scammers and I also going put a alert out on social media about them

Do not trust this company said they sent the adapter when it never arrived 7weeks no refund. All very dodgy

No where on their website was it advertised that the thing apparently runs on ancient technology and will only work with 2g networks. Finding out that I could get another model and just add a $10 a month line with my existing network rather than have to play $30+ a month with metro or speedtalk, I tried to return the device. The customer service kept trying to sell me additional products, and then after several exchanges had the nerve to try to tell me I was over my 30 day return limit when my paypal receipt clearly shows that I ordered the product two weeks ago. These people are scam artists, pure and simple.

Advertised a 4 pack of led lights for $29+ p&p reduced from $100.great deal? No one measley led arrives and when I asked where the other 3 where they said a pack only has 1 light! Absolute ripoff 👊👊👊👊

Your product is a joke. You take a simple junk cassette player, add a chip and a plug to send out a digital signal and call that a product?
Where you FAIL MISERABLY is in the software.
You send out FREEWARE on an obsolete disc and you only sent part of the software required to complete the job.
The software cannot be loaded without special instructions, which you do not supply, and then we had to track down the utilities that allow us to actually transfer the file to MP3 or other audio format. The software did not even allow us to output to the computer until it was modified.

Your hardware is barely functional
Your instructions are laughable
And “your” software takes a computer scientist to make it functionall.

I am looking for a place to plant a review—you will not be pleased.

This company is a total disgrace!!! They sell products that are not as described and ABSOLUTELY do not stand behind them. The customer service is none existent!!! HORRIBLE!!!

The worst company I have ever had to deal with! E-mails are responded to by numerous persons none of whom even bother to actually read what you have written. Products are not what are advertised plus the cost and hassle of returning items are horrendous. Trying to get a refund has taken approximately 27 emails before resolution! Buyer beware!!!

Worse company to deal with all they do is lie about when you will receive your order. Do not buy from them.

Do not believe their sizing chart! Their slimming body vests run VERY, VERY small!

I ordered a product from them (twice). The first product I order was in the wrong size. I had to correspond with the company over about 10 days to send my order back for a refund. This was a complete hassle. In the mean time, I had reordered the product again. I never received the second order. Their tracking indicated they delivered it and left it with a receptionist. I challenged that because I had it delivered to a work address and all deliveries are left in a secured box. Rama Deals could not provide a signature to prove someone signed for it. I tried to get a refund but they instead resent the order. I received it and it was the wrong size. I tried to get a refund and return the order from Rama Deals and they stopped responding to my emails.

I caution anyone that purchases any product from Rama Deals! Do an internet search on Rama Deals and you will find that they have a lot of negative reviews!

Buyers Beware! Took months to receive the USB cell phone photo drive hen it doesn’t even work. It’s like a happy meal toy! It’s a total sham! These people are scam artists waiting to steal your money. Don’t buy ANYTHING from them.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE-DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I PLACED AN ORDER 2 MONTHS AGO AND STILL WAITING!

It is that type of bad companies that make it difficult to trust shopping online. They are unreal, we exchanged over 20 emails over a 40$ us piece of junk. They would never even discuss nor agree to reimburse. All I could get is preformatted answers, whixhmis a good indication of how many complaints they might get. Please be aware.

I ordered two PerfectTravel Adapters at the beginning of June in preparation for a trip abroad at the end of the month. There was no notice on the website of low stock, and after payment via PayPal, I received an email stating the product was overcommitted and it would be slow to ship. I tried to cancel and couldn't, and by the time I got through to an actual working email, got the same sorry it has shipped email. I was told that once received, I should return the unopened package for complete credit.

Of course, the product didn't arrive on time for my departure abroad. When I returned to the US after the product was actually delivered to my curbside mailbox, I followed their instructions and wrote RETURN TO SENDER circling the return address and REFUSED - PLEASE CREDIT MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT ON RECORD. This was well over a month ago -- more like 6 weeks.

Subsequent follow-ups via email have been futile in securing a credit. They say their tracking still shows that the product was delivered to me and not in their possession. I have nothing now except a charge to my bank account for merchandise I gave back to them.
