Raddy weather station with RCC feature.
I had a Raddy weather station for almost a year and suddenly it stopped synchronizing with the time server (RCC feature). After a few weeks of that I emailed Raddy support. They first directed me to their manual. As I insisted that I know the procedures, they made me do a video to show how I invoke the time server search by hand. Finally they sent me a new station and this one worked. All in all I am a bit disappointed about the failure but the customer service came through.
Great Customer Service
Very pleased with Radioddity and the customer service. My G90 needed service and Echo helped arrange a replacement under warranty. Turnaround time was about one week and I was back on the air.

Weather Station Outdoor Remote Sensor
Was having issues with a 2 months old Raddy Weather Station Pro purchased thru Amazon. Where a few functions had stop reporting, thinking that some of the sensors might have gone bad. Went to the Amazon app to look for help and saw an option for contacting the vendor directly. So I contacted them and explained the issues in detail. They responded the very next day with the suggestions to restart the unit which corrected the issues. And it was a quick and painless fixes, basically turning it Off and On again. Normally, it would have been my first step for diagnosing electronics as well but having the remote sensors mounted in a not so easy access location. I hesitated but I’m glad that I did, now that it’s working again.

I ordered a Xiegu G90 bundle deal. The DE-19 data interface was stolen during transit to our house. Its packing envelope and product box had been slit open, and the DE-19 was stolen, leaving only the paperwork and cables inside when it was delivered. I reached out to Radioddity customer service, then provided their representative (Canny) with the requested information via email. Shortly thereafter, a replacement DE-19 was shipped out to me and was received intact. I can't say much more than that. I'm a happy customer. Radioddity customer service was great. Thank you, Canny!

Excellent service! I had a problem setting up my new G90. I was unable to switch from speaker to headphone. I sent a late evening email to Radioddity hoping for a prompt response. Before I finished breakfast I had an email suggesting the fix. Wow!

Had an issue with my Radioddity DB-25D booting to a white screen. Contacted customer support and after a few emails trying to troubleshoot the requested that I return the defective radio. They replaced it with a new one. Turn around time was fairly quick, satisfied with the service I recieved.
