All my iems meets my expectation..

I also have a good service when I ask to remove an item and I notice the change in my totel on my crédit card.

I bought 3 items. 1 of the items I did not want and tried to return, which they do not have a department to do that. I sent an email asking how to return and they just offered me 1/3 of what I paid for and to keep the item.
I wish companies were more transparent on how they do business. I guess it is a trick to get your money.

Order took longer than expected, so missed the opportunity to give 2 of the 3 items as Christmas gifts. The size small sweater for myself was huge. The quality of the other 2 items was disappointing. When I asked about how to return and get a refund if the $120+ that I spent, they offered me $20 to just keep the items. I responded that I wanted to return them and get my money back and have heard not a word. Do not buy from Raafo.com!

Although the delivery took longer than expected, the sweater I received is beautiful. So soft and cozy, would definitely order from this company agin.

I love black and white, and I wear it all year long. When I saw this sweater, I just had to have it! I thought it was a little expensive, but I thought it it's as pretty in person as it is in the picture, it will be well worth the price. It was and it's lovely. I can't wait until it gets a little colder to wear it. It will also be worn in early Spring. Shipping was quick in today's standards and it came perfectly packaged. I ordered a small, am 5'4'', weigh 134lbs. The sleeves are always long, but I can roll them up. Other than that, it fits beautifully! Thank you Raafo.

Takes awhile to be delivered. Material was different than I was expecting, but I think I'm going to like them. Already got a compliment on the one that I wore.

Great sweater; prompt delivery

I liked the two piece outfit I did receive but never received the shirt I ordered at the same time. It's difficult to contact them about it as I don't have an order number.

Placed an order, received it 6-8 weeks later. The quality of the clothing was not to my standards. I inquired about returning it and kept getting emails from them trying to negotiate a refund. When ordering it stated items were being shipped from North Carolina, but you have to return to Dubai. This is a company I would never recommend buying from

Sweater ha a run in the yarn on the left sleeve. Was dissatisfied with the workmen ship of product.

There was a mistake in the initial billing. But it was corrected very quickly with a credit. Delivery took longer than I expected, BUT it was well worth it. I love all 3 sweaters. The sizing is accurate and the quality is great.

Ordered three items and I was refunded for one without being notified. Figured one item was unavailable so I appreciated prompt refund, although I would have preferred being told which item wasn't coming. Otherwise, items that did arrive were really nice.

What is going on with these many sites,they have appealing clothing, an then read actual reviews of dissatisfied customers. They need to be taken off of facebook, that is where I'm seeing them. Trustpiloth, do something about these less than honest sites!!!!

I ordered 2 tops on the 19th of September and was told since in South Carolina I would receive them in 4-6 days. I wanted it for an event this weekend and have still not received them. I will be shipping them back for a full refund as I was mislead. If not a full refund, postage and all I will contact my credit card company and file a dispute! Please credit my credit card immediately!
