Good for providing information that you ask for , just slightly slow at returning emails is only problem
Would be good if you could log on online and manage your policy or talk to a chat bot for quick answers as us hard to get through on the phone number

I've literally been trying for days to get in touch with qoute devil, been left on hold every time for 30/40 minutes email and still no response.
I'm trying to add my daughter as a named driver so she can do her test this place is awful to deal with because you can't get hold of them

Do not use this broker. The customer service use to be great but is now awful. Waiting times are unacceptably long when you phone. My experience was in transferring a policy to a new car, they forgot to put my registration number through to the insurance company which meant I was not actually covered for a whole week although I had been told I was. They forgot to send any documentation by post or email. When I decided to cancel they made the process really difficult. If they are this bad when you are wanting to buy a policy I dread to think what they would be like if you actually had to make a claim. There are far better insurance brokers out there. Run a mile from these guys!

I insured my car through Quote devil on 5/12/25, here we are on 9/2/26 and still no disc or policy documents, 8 phone calls with average wait of 40mins to be answered, 12 emails and still nothing, this has to be the worse broker service ever, I dread to think what would happen if I have an accident !! Biggest mistake I made was to pay full premium at taking out policy! Never again after this experience!!!

Trish was friendly and patient, she answered all my questions in a simple language .

​1. Fee Transparency:
In July 2025, I paid €693 in full for a policy. Upon reviewing the insurer's actual documents, I discovered the premium was €593, meaning a €100 broker fee was applied

2. Premium Comparisons:
When I changed cars in January 2026, I sought a new quote. QuoteDevil’s price was approximately €500 higher than the quote I received by going directly to the same insurer.

​3. Refund Discrepancy:
I cancelled my policy with 6 months remaining. Despite having paid nearly €700, and accounting for the standard €100 in cancellation penalties (€50 for the insurer and €50 for the broker), the refund offered was only €186. This is lower than the €250 pro-rata balance (less penalties) I expected. Furthermore, as of now, this refund has still not been processed.

4. Customer Service:
The resolution process has been frustrating. After waiting on hold for 30 minutes, the customer service representative was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation for the figures or offer a resolution.

This has been a €64 lesson in the importance of checking broker fees versus direct insurer prices. Between the high admin charges and the difficult customer service, I cannot recommend this service. I would advise others to go direct to the insurer (just call them, they are very helpful) to save on fees and ensure a smoother administrative process.

caught in the same loop again... new insurance company is asking me a named driver later for the 2 years i have with my past insurer. Quote devil are saying they only give letter to the second named driver on the insurance.

i Dont know what i am going to do now....
