Quickthoughts will suspend your account even if you did nothing wrong! I did each survey attentively and accurately and guess what? When I tried to cash out, they suspend my account. When I tried contacting them, they said it's because I wasn't being attentive and all the extra "its not us, its you" type of B.S. Please don't use this site, you will be disappointed.

It's kind of ironic how the survey site states " We make your opinion count" when they ignore me for giving my opinion and suspend my account, lol.

I was really hoping this would be a good survey site as it comes highly recommended. However, after having the app for almost three weeks and checking daily, I have made a total of one dollar. Thats it. Most of the surveys do not pass the qualification stage or just don't update for several days. Ive also been near the end of surveys and suddenly they are all full. Its a definite waste of time unless you are one of the lucky ones. And for most of us, we aren't. Put your energy elsewhere if you don't receive anything after a few days.

These people are scammers, once you try to cash out your earnings they ban you and claim you didn't complete the surveys to their satisfaction.

Horrible company and so hit and miss. They do great sometimes, but most of the time not. I have not received a survey invite in over a month. I have been emailing this company for over a month only to receive generic responses and no help at all.

As with many others that I have read on this website I was done the same way after many years of dedication to this company this was the letter I got and they would not listen to nothing I said call me a liarnever come back here's what they said to me also...

Comme tous les autres utilisateurs je me suis vu mon compte bloqué au moment de demander le paiement de 10€... contact pris avec le service client qui vous répondra qu’il y un problème obscur sur votre compte avec vos informations ou vos réponses. Lorsque vous demanderez des explications plus précises vous vous apercevrez qu’ils bloquent tout même vos mails. Je suis sur divers sites et répond avec beaucoup de rigueur aux sondages et aux informations demandées.
En gros ils veulent simplement ne pas payer, société arnaque. J’aurai du regarder la note splendide qu’ils ont avant de commencer.

Awful. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Clearly under financial pressure due to Covid so won't pay out. Diligently completed enough surveys to reach cash-out and lo and behold, the app stops working. How convenient!

New to Quickthoughts. Once I made $10, I went to redeem and it didn't let me. I contacted them and they said I was banned for suspicious activity.

Complete scam. Ive been taking surveys on over 30 panels for the last seven years and never had a problem until i tried this app. After easily making ten dollars in two days I attempted to cash out, made it all the way thru the process and encountered an "error" at the last minute. Contacted the conpany and they claim it was an inaccuracy issue and they have suspended my account. As I stated.. Over 30 panels and never a single moments trouble cashing out. Do not recommend wasting your time.

Alas another scam site who does not pay out. Tried emailing them and they dont offer any real meaningful advice or help. Not worth signing up too.

They do not pay you any reward money. Not worth it at all avoid!!! They just ban you for no reason even though they were letting me do surveys. Do not trust them at all.

Spent a lot of time doing surveys, almost $30 worth. The moment I tried to redeem it, suddenly my account was "suspended permanently" without any reason. This is a total scam. Waste of time and energy.

Same as everyone else. I have been taking surveys and product testing for over 20 years. QuickThoughts claims problems with accuracy and attentiveness on my account and suspended it.

Quickthoughts can I please have my account back? I never did anything wrong. Never got a real reason why I was kicked out. I deserve a review and another chance.

I took my time and was careful taking the surveys. This is the first company offering worthwhile money. Too good to be true. They said they flagged my account for speeding through and being inaccurate, 110% wrong. So they have indefinitely suspended my account. NOW THEY WONT RELEASE THE FUNDS I EARNED. It’s absolute crap. Suspend me for doing nothing wrong if you want but these companies received truthful information and now I’m being screwed out of the money for doing them.

I redeemed to get a $10 amazon code, Friday,August 14,2020&I still haven't gotten a code. They told me to resend it from the date on the app,but it isn't showing that I even redeemed for it. I just need my $10 amazon code.

Completed surveys and had £10 to redeem. I redeemed a £10 amazon voucher on the 17th July 2020 and have still not received anything. I have contacted the support team multiple times and keep getting told to update the app (the app is fully updated) and to re send the code on the account page which I have done many times. Only survey site which have not paid me. AVOID!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP. There are plenty others that value their participants.

Everyone that works here is an idiot. On the infrequent times when this app actually works, it works well. If there is a problem, and there usually is, trying to get assistance to correct it is nearly impossible. Additionally, they try to blame you for the mistake or the error. This way they don't have to honor their part of the bargain.

Another problem is the qualifying questions take at least five minutes. Then they kick you out with nothing.

At one point, you would get at least ten cents for every survey. If you didn't qualify, you would still get a dime. Not great, but not horrible. Now, you only get a dime for the first five surveys you fail to qualify for.

In case you missed it at the beginning of this review: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP. There are plenty others that value their participants.

This app was the best app to earn some euros in amazon gift cards but now they do not pay any of the surveys you finish, even when you spend 15 minutes on then. I recommend not to download it because it is unpredictable what would be their next step, I am sad about this as it was the best app of its kind.
