I absolutely DO NOT recommend this online market for anyone. Even though the price of the gadgets might seem as the best one you'll ever find, their catch is that they have a loooonnnnnggggg delivery time. I have 2 cases: back in aug. 2023, I ordered a pair of Beats earphones. I bought it on the 19th of August and it came on the 31st of August, in the case where they said on their site that the delivery will take 4 to 6 days. And the second case is that I recently bought an iPad on the 26th of December. I totally got the part that the delivery time will be delayed due to holiday season etc. etc. But even on the day that I'm writing, 5th of January 2024, the status of my bought product still remained: Confirmed. Please do not buy from this website if you want your parcel to come quick.

Worst experience I've ever had with a company. Lowest price on the market at times, fast delivery, almost looking original products. But do not be fooled by it. I bought a Samsung S21, supposedly waterproof and thought of as one of Samsung's best phones. It lasted me 3 months before it broke for good. First signs appeared with a very weak battery, but it seemed normal as other Samsung users have had the same problem. However, my phone was not waterproof at all. I was caught in the rain and 3 drops of water was all it took before the water warning happened and later on, its death. I stored it in rice and got it into a service as soon as I could. Once I was there, I was told the phone was broken into, and looked like all its interior was smashed, automatically meaning that the waterproof adhesive was never there in the first place. They managed to get it to turn on, but I will never be able to use that phone again. Lots of money wasted.
With the phone I also bought a fast charging charger from Samsung. While that still works, it does not stick into a phone as it should, and at times it doesn't even charge.
Very easy to say, I will never again order from them. And while I can't do anything about it anymore, I hope at least someone is saved by this review.
Worst experience of my life with a company which seemed trustworthy.

Ordered 2 products on Black Friday. I got two emails which say that the product is not in stock, but also one which confirms the order. no idea if I will ever get the product, but they charged my credit card already.

Wrote to them but no reply in 3 days, and their phone no. is just a calling machine with no choice to talk to a human.

Calling them on a phone listed on a company database to get an answer, they said the number was wrong and blocked me after a friend managed to talk to them.

The internet is filled with bad reviews and unfortunate scams with their service and warranties. AVOID!

Bought on 10th of November (Romania Black Friday) a Xiaomi pad 6 8gb 128rom tablet. 3 days later, i got an email which was saying that their suplier doesen't have the tablet and if they will not suply it to the store in 5 days, the order will get cancelled. I did not get the tablet, but i got my money back. Do not buy from this store, as they don't have any products in their warehouse.

Poor customer service: slow and evasive answers when you need support regarding the delivery;
Lack of responsibility: if something goes wrong with the delivery, they blame the couriers rather than taking the responsibility and finding a good solution for their customers;
The impression is that they either do not have enough employees or they have huge training issues;
Misleading information about the returning process.

Dont buy anything from them.
0 customer support, only a robot will tell you how to send a product for warranty.
After you do, they will come back after 1 week that your product is out of warranty because has 1 scratch (they make!!!)

The Airpods pro 2 bought from this online shop was fake. I purchased the airpods in july, and after i verified the serial no. they show that are activated from may. That was impossible because the box was new.

Absolut nu, comanzi un produs, îi dai refund în termen de 2 săptămâni și ai cost de diminuare 1571 de lei doar pentru că l-ai folosit.
Îmi comandasem un iphone 13 pro căruia după 10 zile i-am dat retur vrând să-mi primesc banii înapoi. Telefonului îi dădusem retur deoarece nu-mi satisfăcea așteptările, dai o căruță de bani pentru brand, nu pentru că atât valorează, pur și simplu nu-și merita banii pentru ceea ce făcea, am fost total dezamăgit. În fine, fac cerere de retur, îl pun la curier, ajunge acolo și după un timp primesc pe mail un mesaj de la service return, cei care se ocupă de verificarea produselor și garanție cum că aș avea cost de diminuare de 1571 de lei, telefonul fiind în stare nouă. Doar din pricina faptului că l-am deschis și utilizat, 1571 de lei ca să vedeți minunăție. Nu ai cu cine să vorbești la telefon, te sună numai atunci când comanzi pentru a te întreba dacă dorești să extinzi garanția, dar așa nu, numai pe mail și când eu ei chef. Sunt mulți care se plâng de ei, nu cumpărați absolut deloc. Am mers pe încredere crezând că este la fel ca eMAG, dar nu, este un gunoi de magazin care trebuie neapărat închis. Personal, am avut experiențe bune cu eMAG, care de fiecare dată când am dat retur la un produs mi-au retunat banii în întregime. La fel și cu PC Garage, mi-au schimbat RAM-ul cu unul nou nouț, iar placa de bază mi-au reparat-o. Mi-o fi luat eu țeapă cu cei de la Quickmobile, dar de fiecare dată când cineva m-a întrebat de unde să-și cumpere, le-am spus și lor povestea, se duce vorba repede, mai ales dacă mereu călătorești și o faci și în orașe mari. Pe scurt : Nu Quickmobile !
