Ive been a loyal trade customer for years,never missed my invoice payments.Was a lovely,friendly face to face company,,,then closed my branch and went online only.Cant even get a person unless its accounts taking your payment.Ordered elements one day,other stuff 3 days later.Other stuff arrived next day elements still in post after 1 week.Contacted customer services(yes,,,email only)to be told my items had arrived.Resent email with order number to be sent POD of box on my doorstep....err thats the second order which you would know if you actually check your delivery info.
2 argumentative emails later,again reconfirming 'correct' order number they seem to be unseeing i woke today to a 'we found your order,its on its way.
NO APOLOGIES FOR INFERRING THEFT.
Invoice will be paid as per then my account closed,,,off to Connexions.
Manners cost nothing,you need to hire customer service people that care and you can chat to,could have been sorted 2 days sooner.

You promised you would contact me in 5 days but I’m still waiting! You told me it was referred to finance dept. I want a refund immediately. NOT GOID ENOUGH
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
This company is happy to take payment but does not deliver. I have tried to speak with customer services only to be quickly given an email address, with no time to write it down, then they rudly cut you off. I have had to give this company 1 star to write this review but I rather have given ZERO. As the contract of purchase and deliver has not been full filled I have asked for a total refund, I wounder how long this will take. So if you require one of the parts stacked by Qualtex uk my advise is seek it somewhere closer to you or indeed somewhere else.

After leaving a review of how badly I was treated as a customer, tim (owner) responded to my review to apologise. Informed me to contact him to solve this issue, when I tried to contact the owner the email actually bounced back!!!! I would at all costs avoid this company.

Awful company. Having paid for a replacement part for a fridge freezer. It was never sent. 'Customer sevice' impossible to communicate with. I wish I had read reviews before ordering
Wouldn't help when items not as described on packaging
Note, Qualtex Uk Ltd. and L M Electrical Spares Ltd are both registered as active companies at the same address on Companies House. On ebay they trade as L.M Electrical / lmlectrical. Do not buy from either.
I bought some qualtex cooker hood grease filters. It says on the packaging that they have grease saturation indicators, but this does not seem to be the case. I contacted them about it but they wouldn't help at all.

Avoid Qualtex UK LTD / LM Electrical at All Costs
I cannot stress enough how disappointing my experience has been with Qualtex UK LTD, operating under the name LM Electrical on eBay. This company completely cuts off meaningful communication once they’ve made a sale. There’s no contact number on their website—a clear sign they have no intention of dealing with customer complaints as a reputable business would.
If you do manage to find a phone number, it’s utterly useless. You’re bounced to a recorded voicemail asking you to send an email, and then it hangs up. This is just another way of avoiding unhappy customers, making it impossible to resolve any issues directly.
Their eBay store is just as bad. They rely on automated responses, and good luck getting an actual person to respond to your messages—it rarely happens.
I deeply regret not checking Trustpilot before making a purchase from their eBay store. The reviews there reflect the same poor service I experienced.
Avoid this company like the plague. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. LM Electrical/Qualtex UK LTD doesn’t care about its customers, only about taking your money and shirking any responsibility afterward.

After sending the wrong product it was agreed that they would refund me if I paid to return the item . I did just that and now despite numerous reminders they have still not refunded me. I see this as fraudulent trading and completely unacceptable. Suggest you find alternative supplier

when they send emails they should be really specific as to what it covers and does not cover,and as i am in the highlands i am still classed as mainland uk but not accordding to qualtex,i have no issues with any other suppliers that are based in the uk they dont charge me,even amazon are next day free delivery to me explain that

Ordered replacement mower blade parcel arrived with nothing in it contexted them they said could I send the empty parcel back to them at my own expense. They than asked if I'd payed for the empty parcel to be tracked.

Ordered a vacuum from them on ebay where they trade as LMelectrical. They use a link that makes you think it is Imelectrical - which is a big trading company.
They said the item had been shipped
They provided a tracking number that did not exist.
The item never arrived.
I contacted them and I received a standard email - saying due to high volumes they would get back to me soon.
I sent another email and got a request to confirm shipping address.
These same 2 emails were sent out repeatedly.
I lodged a complaint with ebay.
They responded by sending out the same auto messages.
They operate like a scam company. Walk away and choose another unless you want to loose your money.

Qualtex Global / lmelectrical
Qualtex Global is the same company as lmelectrical. I ordered the wrong item via Ebay and cancelled it within minutes. I did not receive a response until the following midday and they declined my request and refused to respond to my emails. They went ahead and have sent the order which is pointless as I will be returning it to them. They do not care and are ignoring my messages. All their products are not sent by Royal Mail which is misleading and are sent by Amazon instead. A lot of the reviews on Ebay have mentioned the same thing. No support and completely ignore you. I have advised Ebay and they said to refuse the order.

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!!
We have received a part from Qualtex which was faulty and a customer returned it to us. We have contacted them regarding returning it. they have stated in their email (please take a look at the attached screenshot) that on our account Qualtex dont accept returns and if you have to accept returns then our prices need to increase. I have previously been contacting previous guy who was in charge of my account (who was incharge of our account before) regarding returns and faulty items and he has processed them so I know this is a load of rubbish!! WHAT HE HAS STATED IN THIS EMAIL IS AGAINST THE LAW! Plus if these blackmailing tactics are actually a part of Qualtex's business policy then I think it all needs to come out in the open as it is totally wrong. Why is the customer being punished (by increasing their prices) for receiving a part that he purchased from Qualtex and turns out to be faulty (no fault of the customer) and wants to return? (which is well within their rights as per law 12 months return is standard for faulty goods). Also the fact that the amount we spend with this company compared to minimal what we return, this is ridicolous! I have noticed they have increased our prices now because we want to return the item. This is not the first time he has done this as this was also done back in March 2022 under same circumstances. This is how they behave whenever you inform him an item needs to be returned because it is faulty. We will be posting this post on all social media and getting others to share this on theres as for some reason their buying manager thinks he can do whatever he wishes with no repercussions. We will also be contacting their suppliers and those who regulate them to show their business practice.
Most uncooperative company I have ever experienced
I purchased one of there grass and hedge trimmers which had a 2 year guarantee unfortunately the main motor part completely stopped working 3 weeks after the guarantee period end and they showed no company good will in this matter and refused to replace or repair this for me which I thought showed no compassion whatsoever .
