SCAM !!! Contacted me asking to pay a one off payment of £1.95 for postage, I asked the lady i won't be paying anything else which she replied NO, on the 24th Nov took £19.95 off my card without permission or my knowledge.
Reported to my bank and asked for a refund

Got lovely phone call asking to pay a one fee of£1.95 to enter comp then to find out she authorised payments of 19.95 buy direct debit without my permission or knowledge this is disgusting that itv are showing it after multiple complaints

Straight forward contest to enter, the woman on the phone was very helpful and professional.

I entered a competition on the tv, I got a phone call later telling me that the answer I gave was indeed correct. the lady on the phone was very clear and explained everything in the bonus for me. I received my parcel and did have a few questions, when I rang the number in the back of the book and another lady was very useful and helped me with all the questions I had. was vfery clear and would highl;y recommend

The lady on the phone was very very helpful she put me into the right direction I got to refund in my bank so swift every penny is paid back very happy with the response this company is very legal

I had a phone call too saying I’d won and WAS put into a big prize draw of £10000 and that I’d be sent some prizes and it would come through the post, I had to pay £1.95 too like others had too. Haven’t had any money took out of my bank as yet SCAM DISGUSTING will contact my bank too.

This utterly reprehensible company has taken advantage of my elderly mother who has Alzheimer's bombarding her with puzzles with urgent instructions to call premium rate phone numbers which have run up £100s of in charges.

The people who run this company should be ashamed of themselves. They are complete and utter scum.

Unfortunately I also fell for this scam. They kept ringing me to say I had been successful in guessing the word on the ITV advert and said I would receive a gift if I agreed to £1.95 being taken from my account. I wasn't very happy and questioned the young lady regarding security - she assured me no further money would be taken. How foolish I was. I went on holiday and on return found £19.95 had been taken from my account. I received a pack with a magazine and tickets which I didn't open and requested a refund and that no further money should be taken. It is difficult to get through by phone, I also emailed. I then received another set of tickets and a magazine, again I didn't open it but also another amount of £19.95 was taken. I have contacted my bank. I have to wait 5 working days, and then the bank will step in and try to obtain a refund. This is a disgusting con, and ITV should not let this company advertise the competition.

What a scam. How can ITV promote this on their screens especially when times are tough. Dreadful

I was also tricked into thinking I would be a runner up to win some money. The asked for £1:97 to pay the postage. Then without notice I checked my bank account and two lots of £19:67 was taken from my account. I disputed this with my bank and only one payment was given back. I am still waiting for the second payment to be given back. The thing that got me was how professional and cheerful they sounded over the phone.

Absolutely embarrassed that I fell for this scam, how do these people even get your details??? I can only assume that it was a fake ad on itv and they should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this type of ad to be run! Luckily I phoned my bank straightaway and they’ve put a block on this company although I have lost the £1.95. Today the promised puzzle book lottery tickets etc did turn up so I’ve rang the number to cancel the subscription and quoted the account code to make doubly sure. I class myself as a very on it over 60 year old but as they gave the word in the wordsearch ad I was convinced it must be legit I blame itv for this for allowing such a rogue company to advertise with them.

Scam - completely fraudulent and targeting of older and vulnerable people.

ITV should be ashamed of themselves for partnering with fraudulent entities. Just by simply answering a question to one of their shows, I get a call back congratulating me that I've been selected to go through to the grand prize and they would like to send me a gift item through the letter box but I would need to pay for the postal service. Stupid me giving them my bank details thinking that was the end of things. Only to find out the idiots have subscribed me to a bi weekly subscription to a word puzzle game which we never talked about or me ever giving my consent to. Lucky I always monitor my bank statements and saw £19.95 leave my account one morning. I was quickly on the phone to my bank and reported it as fraud. The bank accepted it as fraud and are willing to refund my money. The downside is that they had to cancel my card to stop any other attempt by these scums from taking money out. This in turn has caused me a lot of delays in my daily business until I get a new card sent over. I tried calling this company's phone line and nobody picks up. Stay well clear of this company.

Absolute scam. I've been away on holiday, get back to see my bank account has had money taken out. Stupid and naive of me to think I only had to pay postage for free lottery scratch cards.
The woman who called me seemed so nice, con artist!! How do ITV allow this!. The woman told me i had guessed the cirrcet answer in the wordsearch etc. And if i paid the £1.00 odd for the postage then she would send me out some lottery scratchcards. I have emailed this company and got my bank to stop any future payments as apparently they have set up monthly withdrawals!! Absolutely disgusting!

Utter scam who pray on the vulnerable.
Basically they con you into paying £1.95 postage for a freebie pack that may or may not turn up.
What they don't tell you is their T's&C's state they sign you up to a subscription service.
This has happened to my elderly Mother and I've now blocked her card after her bank thankfully contacted me about the transaction on her account.
Total leeches, ITV you should be ashamed allowing scum like this on your channel

Scam!!! Why is the advertising authority doing nothing about these adverts!!

Never been called darling so many times in one phone call . I gave her my sort code and account number stupidly after been sucked in by the prize draw and bonus pack . I think she probably wanted my long card number . Not sure what she can do with the other information . Reported it to my bank anyway as fraud and I cleared my money into another account I use . I assumed it was legit as it was on ITV . Complete scammers . The number traced back to a disused IT unit in Hockley , Birmingham !!!! How the hell do they get on mainstream TV is beyond me .

Recieved a phone call from a woman on the 30th of June while on Holiday she told told me do I remember entering a tv word search competition on Tv I said yes she said that I was put forward to the December draw for a chance to win £10500 i said great she said as a thank you she would send a goodie bag more competition goodies lottery tickets all i had to do in return was pay £1.95 postage that was that back to my holiday until on the 15th of July a money amount from this company for £19.95 was taken from my credit card without permission from me I went straight to there website as no phone call could be made I filled in a dont contact me again form and then contacted my credit card company to inform them of this transaction and the thing is I never received the goodie pack which I paid postage for please beware of this company and never give them your bank details lesson learned for me
