I really worry about purchasing from companies that I haven’t heard of before...but after searching the web for a competitively priced ruffwear harness, collar and lead, I found purrfectly yappy to be the cheapest. I’m ever so pleased with the service and products I have purchased with super fast delivery. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
(Point of interest for anyone reading, if You’re looking at their Ruffwear harness, collar, lead bundle, it’s actually cheaper if you add the items to your basket individually rather than the bundle. I would have expected the price to be the same, but I’m glad I checked. It’s a matter of pence but every little helps!)

A plastic item (puppy pee tray) arrived cracked and unusable - the packaging was rather flimsy.
It took a bit of time and effort to sort out a refund, but we got there in the end and I was refunded in full, for which I am grateful.
I do like to support smaller businesses whenever I can and wish them well.

Easy to order. They emailed promptly when one item was out of stock and reimbursed my paypal account. The other item in my order arrived quickly and was well packed. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with it, a Kong Extreme Dental With Rope, as it was a lot more flimsy than I expected. I usually buy 3 Knot tuggers from Nuts for Knots but couldn't find any online. The knots on the ends of the Kong toy were unknotted very quickly by our Border Collie and trying to play tug with it wasn't very successful. I finally managed to get my normal sort, which are much more robust and half the price, so we now have a happy dog and a forlorn Kong item sitting unloved on the floor.

Bought a dog coat which I had to return for the next size down. I rang them on a Wednesday to ask what was happening & The person who took the call wasn’t located at the returns address, bearing in mind the post office delivered it on the Monday. It was left that they would contact the receiving address & check. I called back on Friday and was told it couldn’t be found but they might check another location where it might be? but they were happy for me to take it up with the post office to secure POD. It was all a bit vague & detached and at no time did the guy say leave it with me we will call you back, it was left for me to ring them which wasn’t really very customer forward. I was left with the feeling that the set up is a bit hit & miss & not very organised. & again it was left for me to ring back next Monday after they have looked in another place??!! Anyways nearly 2 weeks have passed & the dog is wet & cold 😳 so amazon are dropping me another in 2 days. Fingers crossed. I see a few reviewers who seem To have had similar egg hunt problems on returned goods. Suppose I will have to waste a bit more of my life trying to recoup the cash from the post office, but purrfectly haven’t instilled a lot of confidence with them not looking was very organised, I wouldn’t be surprised if it is with them but they are so disorganised they don’t know. I might be wrong but.............my confidence level with them is a big fat zero. UPDATE I just sent the POD & requested a refund so let’s see what purrfectly yappys response is.

Delivered quickly

Dog coat ordered and received but smaller than stated measurements so didn't fit the dog. Returned at my own expense despite it not being my fault, sadly can't afford to not get the £50 for the coat back so stomached it. Used the return label provided and sent back signed for recorded delivery. Company are claiming they never received it AND their returns address is unmanned (why would you put an address no one is at as your returns address!) despite having a day, time and signature for delivery. Point blank refused to refund even when they had seen the proof of delivery. Have had to raise a dispute with PayPal as thankfully I paid through them. If this doesn't result in a refund I will be raising a small claims case as I am incredibly cross that they think it is Ok to keep my money. Oh and communication is terrible, do not expect them to call you when they say you will. I was promised a return call on at least three occasions which never came.

On the 28th October I ordered some dog cupcakes and a personalised dog birthday cake to be delivered on the 31st October my dogs fifth birthday, I was charged £3.50 for the cupcakes and £18.99 for the personalised cake plus £5.99 for delivery. I then received an email stating I hadn’t ordered in time to receive the personalised cake by the 31st October and would I like a plain cake £16.99 sent instead to which I agreed, I did not receive a £2.00 refund for the price difference, on the 2nd November I received the cupcakes which I have to say were ridiculously small about the size of a golf ball but no cake! I left it a couple of days being fully aware of how COVID has affected pretty much everything and emailed purrfectly yappy to enquire as to the status of the cake, even though my dogs birthday has been and gone by this point to which I received an email saying the cake was delivered on the 2nd November, my niece was here all day and no one had knocked the door or left a calling card, I informed purrfectly yappy of this and they replied that the cake had been delivered and signed for, which I assured them it had not, they said they had “proof” of delivery which consisted of my name and address and a picture of the location of my address. I have been refused a refund as they are sure it was delivered and I am left feeling angry, frustrated and have been treated as though I’m lying. I am very disappointed in not only the service but also the way it has been dealt with.

Parcel was later than expected. Didn’t think the packaging was nice either.
