After purchasing several angel chimes for myself and family I cannot praise Jo-Anne at Purple Enchantments enough. Customer service is second to none and on the one occasion when I had a faulty piece of jewellery it was replaced and a beautiful bracelet was sent as compensation for the delay in replacing the piece (due to awaiting deliveries). There is always a little bit of a catch-.up when I contact Jo-Anne as I love the products and so like to keep up to date. The packaging and inclusion of the tiny roll of sweets is a lovely touch and makes each piece special.

this item broke after a week of wear

To be honest, I don't think that I have had better service from an online provider before. Not only was my package delivered promptly but also it was clear that much care had gone into sending it. I would advise anyone looking for a small gift for a loved one to shop here. They were just brilliant!

The necklace I wanted was in stock, but the quality not good enough to send out. The lady that runs this site was kind enough to say so. She gave me options of similar products and promised to keep the price the same. She put up with a lot of to-ing and fro-ing as I thought about it. In the end I stuck to my original choice and the lady kept me informed while we waited for it to arrive, and because it was a gift, she happily forwarded it to my niece. Really she was helpfulness personified!
