Be very careful before paying a deposit to hold a bike. I had to cancel an order, placed at distance, before taking delivery of the bike, and the sales manager said they were keeping the £1000 to cover costs incurred. Despite pointing out that nowhere in any of our correspondence, or their terms and conditions, does it state that a deposit will be withheld in the event of a cancelled order, the sales manager refused to budge. We eventually had to go through an unpleasant haggling process, and I reluctantly agreed to accept a £200 deduction simply to get some of my money back. The remaining £800 is still to be returned. I would expect a reputable company of this size to make absolutely sure before they take a deposit that the customer understands and agrees to the circumstances under which it may be withheld. You can’t simply make it up after the event.

I bought a triumph thruxton 1200 R/S from Craig Morison and his team at pure triumph Woburn.
It was a surprise for my son’s 50th and the team helped me set the surprise.
The service and attention to detail in such a relaxed manor was a joy to experience. And the bikes not bad either. Thanks guys.

I bought My new Triumph Tiger Sport 660 a few weeks ago and they made the whole process pleasurable and easy
I also bought a few accessories for the bike and they fitted them without charge
They have also been very helpful in helping me sore out luggage for the bike
The first Sevice was carried out while I waited the cost reasonable and Emmas cafe is next to the showroom and ample
parking in the large car park
Its also a meeting place for many bikers including the Triumph owners club
So summing up a brilliant dealership with great Staff great bikes and great food

Called Triumph Wellingborough to enquire about a fox rear shock for my bobber they had on there website for sale at £500 when i called to buy it i was told it was an error and the actual price was £670 so i challenge them about the price but they wouldn't budge so its now in the hands of trading standards for breach of advertising avoid them like the plague

Went on on the off-chance they could order a part for my R3T .No part on stock so they checked all colours and years and found one to fit, ordered paid for in no time 5 days later part arrived well packaged what more could I ask for great service thank you

I ordered a part from them a month ago. I emailed them 6 times without a response. Found out the general manager name and even emailed them as well. Extremely unprofessional company with no regard for customer experience.
I had to dispute the charges finally to get my money back.
Would give them 0 stars if I could

My husband put a £250 deposit down on a bike was told he would get a phone call to arrange collection. Weeks went by and nothing! Was then told the bloke dealing with it was on holiday so waited another few weeks, he attempted to get in contact and was ignored! He emailed trying to cancel and get his deposit back and still was ignored. Despicable customer service. Now £250 down and no bike!!! Absolute daylight robbery!

This company did a health check on a bike we sold from my late brother's estate. We sold this bike in good faith, but the buyer came back to say it was unsafe and that this company had said it was too dangerous to test drive. I called them to ask if they could give us more details about the issues. I was not questioning their expertise, but just trying to find out exactly what the issues were. Dominic was rude and aggressive in tone and very unprofessional. I was not questioning his opinion, just trying to get clarity before we took the bike back. I would like to think that a reputable company had a better attitude to people who are asking genuine questions.
