What an experience. I finally received the main item I ordered, but the runaround and miscommunication (or ILL communication) I received once my financing was in place and my order made was ridiculous. Staff failed to inform me about a long lead time required for my main item and then an accessory I ordered to go along with it was dishonestly marketed/labeled by the manufacturer (not Pure Spa's fault, but I can't help but believe they had to know), claiming that the accessory had a feature that it didn't. One of Pure Spa's salespeople quickly offered up the accessory as a needed part of my order and, since something like it is required for use with the item I ordered, I trusted Pure Spa to be selling me the right thing. I am in the process of trying to get an RMA to return the accessory product for what I really want and need, but communication has gone silent for the time being. If I had it to do all over again, I probably would use another company. I have had to do way too much legwork, follow up and advocating on my behalf for me to just be trying to patronize a company, place an order and get what I need.

I believe this website offered exactly what I was looking for and had best price of any of their competitors. Many other websites required me to sign up to even verify the price whereas Pure Spa was happy to not only provide the price listing with no sign-ups, they had a competitive price. Because of the ease of using their website I will certainly be reordering from this company when my stock runs low. Before finding Purespa, I found myself on the phone with representatives of other distributors who couldn't help me locate the precise product I was searching for and even directed me to a product that was not compatible with my dry heat sterilizer. Thankfully this website made it clear, easy, was descriptive and had a better price. I will certainly be browsing your catalogue for other potential needs for my business.

Decent ordering experience! Shipping was a little more than expected, and seemed to take a little longer than expected as well. I found myself removing several items from my cart after researching to see if I could find them for around the same price, but at a lower shipping rate. What I ultimately, ordered were items that either weren't offered anywhere else online, or were the most reasonable in price.

I appreciate the selection and relevance to my business. Product came on time. The material was exactly the quality as described. I did order the wrong color as each item was not pictured individually with it's color name (the only reason why it wasn't a 5 star experience). So one of the items I ordered was the wrong color blue. Will return it for the other blue item, and I will likely order more if the hue is as expected. Overall this was a good experience.

They were extremely knowledgeable about the equipment and what else I needed. My order arrived in two days, and I was expecting 5 business days to receive it. After I received the machine and
product, they followed up with a survey. I received a quick response to one of my concerns. They listened and went to the manufacturer. It turns out I was using the product incorrectly. They truly have the best customer service and excellent communications. Because of that they’ve won my business! I look forward to future purchases with Pure Spa Direct.

Nicole was amazing in helping me resolve a shipping issue. I was unaware of the estimated shipping time it would take for my order to arrive. I was panicked and Nicole was able to help get my order to me in time! Highly recommend!

I am long over due in sharing my review of pure spa.com. Our spa has been using this company, (Tara specifically) for all of our equipment, furniture and linen needs since 2012. When I call or email Tara with a quick description of what we need, she quickly gives us some choices and price ranges to choose from. We are very busy and do not have a lot of time to research what is the newest and most popular equipment or multi-functions, mag lamps and motorized beds. She does all the homework and provides us with the most current options available along with quick processing and attentive customer care for all our locations. We trust pure spa implicitly to place the best equipment and supplies into our busy practice.

We use a few supply companies for our spa and Pure Spa Direct is always the most helpful and if they don't know an answer, they find out and get right back to us. Great people, great selection. 5 Stars!

Inept at best, fraudulent at worst. Purchase anything from this site elsewhere!

Placed an order in July that was called to cancel the same day (while still in the processing stage.) Found out my CC had still be charged in full, with no refund ever issued. Ok, fine, their oversight.

In the 3 MONTHS that have followed, I've contacted the company 4 times, each time being promised that "Accounting" would be looking into it immediately and refunding the $300 plus charge. Obviously a lie.

Furthermore, the first time I called the woman almost refused to give me a refund and tried to push me into store credit. It felt like cancelling cable and phone service or something, she was that pushy.

So when you put all of these instances together, it looks more like a corrupt company than anything else. In the meantime, I'll be making a 5th call - but this time directly to my CC issuer. This business never deserved the benefit of the doubt on the error and I should have made that call the first time. My mistake, but hopefully not yours.

The internet is a big place. Anything they're selling here, you can easily find elsewhere at the same prices or cheaper. Give your money to a better company than this.

I am finally taking time to write a review of this wonderful company. Our spa has been using Purespadirect.com for over 6 years now. They have helped us grow our menu of services with their great selection of products. What I appreciate most is the level of caring and customer service this company provides. It's really nice to work with a business that truly understands my business - so many companies today do not offer this level of customer service. The personal service and attention we receive whenever we place an order with Pure Spa is wonderful. I love their prices and selection, and I am always impressed with the new and exciting products they add.

I've ordered from them for many years and they really are the best. They offer more products than any other professional spa site and their customer service people are the most helpful. I would recommend to any spa or salon!

Pure spa direct has great products, but sometimes they don't let you know something is not in stock till after you order and don't deduct shipping. Uses UPS for international shipping; for example, duty is $75 on an order of $125 (canada tax is only $13%). DHL would be a much better option. If you are an international buyer, consider these excessive fees. Purchased "organic" emu oil, which I later found out was not organic. This issue was rectified and a note was placed on the website stating that it was not organic. Proper product labeling goes a long way (I would not have purchased it if I had known, but at least I was refunded and other potential buyers will have the info).

I am always looking for the best deals when buying for the spa. But I have questions, a lot of questions, and sometimes the answers are not easy to find. Many of the local reps don't get back to me or the catalog companies have reps that take orders but can't help me with specific questions I have about protocols or treatments. I love Pure spas team because they genuinely seem to care about my business and keeping me as a customer. If they don't know the answer to my question, one of them calls me back immediately with the information. And they are so nice about it too. I love this company because they understand great customer service.

I have ordered from them many times. I really like their collagen professional treatment masks and some of their retail spa items. Some things that I would love for them to improve on would be to put the list of ingredients on their products. A lot of the time, things will say that they are natural/organic/pure, but they end up having ingredients like parabens, etc in them. I find myself actually having to go on other beauty websites just to look up the ingredients on a particular product, which I should not have to do. I also think that their shipping prices and shipping time could be better. lastly, I wish they still had the Spa Rituals line, especially since many distributors don't carry it anymore. I will definitely still order from them, but would like to see a few changes!

Great company, selection makes ordering for the med-spa a breeze. One call and I get ALL the ordering done... I tossed all the phone book sized catalogs!!!
